An Accident To Forget (Nagatoro x Naoto Senpai)

Not The Same Senpai

Nagatoro walked home from school with Naoto. He had a couple gauze pads on his face from the nurse. They hold hands tightly as Nagatoro mentally reviews her plan.

"I want to make sure Senpai won't forget tonight. Just so he knows he's still my one and only Senpai." 

Senpai walking obliviously by her, gets a call from his mom. He picks up not expecting anything. His mom sounds strangely out of breath.

"Hey honey. How are you doing? Did you have fun at school?"

He stuttered before lying.

"Y-Yeah. Did more drawings. You and dad should come see them. I personally like how they turned out." He slight smiled thumbing his sketchbook.

"Sorry. Me and your dad have..........a party to go to. I'm not sure what time we'll get back. Have you eaten already?"

"No. I slipped and my lunch got ruined. I'll just wait till you guys get home to make anything." He started to worry slightly. Her tone, wasn't normal.

"It's fine. Look, Sweetie. Do you trust yourself?"

He got confused. "Mom. Are you okay? Is something wrong?" At this point, Nagatoro started to slightly worry.

"Senpai?" Her head tilted up to him.

"Mom. Please tell me you didn't get hurt." His voice was frightened and he started to sweat.

"Naoto. Baby. We.............We aren't coming home."

"Mom?" He was starting to yell at his phone now. "Mom, what do you mean?"

"We.....got into a little accident. I don't think we are going to make it to the hospital."

Naoto's face drastically changed. He had tears forming and already falling to his cheeks.

"Mom?!"

"Just stay-"

The phone hung up.

At this point, Naoto was spam calling him mother's phone. No more answer went through. He started to spam both his parents as he repeatedly got voicemails.

"Senpai, what's wrong? Are you okay?" Nagatoro was worried as she held his arm. Naoto was starting to go hysterical. He fell to his knees erratically breaking down. As far as he knew, his mom and dad are in serious injury or worse; dead.

He ran back home leaving Nagatoro confused chasing after him to his house.

"Naoto! What's wrong?! Are you okay?!" She screamed chasing him up to his porch as the front door was wide open and him running inside.

Naoto frantically grabbed his jacket and ran into Nagatoro on his way back out. They tumble on each other before scrambling back up.

"Naoto! Slow down! What's going on-"

"MY PARENTS GOT IN AN ACCCIDENT! I-.....I HAVE TO GO FIND THEM!"

Of course he had no idea where to even start. Nagatoro stopped him and held him back.

"Senpai! Please! Calm down! You're scaring me!" Now even she had a couple tears on her face. That made him slow down enough to take a breath.

"She just called me, and I-............what do I do? What can I do?!" He was having a full on panic attack.

Nether of them knew what to do. They weren't prepared from such a far right problem. And it was completely out of their control. Naoto sat defeated and scared on the couch as Nagatoro took the time to send their small group chat an urgent SOS and telling them to meet at Senpai's house.
