(Your POV)
We were hunting down the prophets. We ended up in Atlanta, Georgia, and were staying in a motel. The brothers shared a room leaving you and Cas to use the other one, mainly just you since Cas didn't really need it. While following a lead we got attacked by a couple of demons and Dean got pretty beat up. He, of course, refused treatment from Cas which upset him quite a bit. Cas paced the room and looked visibly upset, which is something you hadn't ever really seen before.
"He makes me so..." He paused thinking of the word.
"Angry sometimes." He finished stopping and throwing his arms down by his sides. He was very concerned for Dean.
"Cas, what's going on? You seem concerned." I asked standing up from the bed and walking up to him.
"His wound doesn't look right, but he refuses to listen to me."
"What do you mean by that?"
"That demon had a strange blade I've never seen before, and Dean's wound had odd markings around it." He explains with a look of what I assumed was worry.
"Do you want me to talk some sense into him? You know he's stubborn." I stated and Castiel's face changed from worry to a calm almost blank expression.
"Thank you, but the problem is, you're right. He's stubborn. I'm not sure if he'd listen to you either." He smirks slightly at the last sentence. I smile back.
"Maybe he would listen to Sam if you told him."
"That's not a completely bad idea."
"It's our best bet." I chuckled.

"Thank you." Cas calls flatly from behind me making me jump slightly. I turn to face him.
"Oh, it was nothing."
"No, I mean it. That thing looked nasty and I think telling Sam was actually a good idea." He said it so seriously I almost chuckled.
"If you want to thank me so badly, why don't you use those angel wings and fly down to the nearest burger place, for me." I said jokingly.
"If that is what you want."
"Oh wait no! I was just kidding Cas." I clarified and let out a laugh and grabbed his wrist as he took a step, which stopped him in his tracks. His eyes traveled down slowly, and landed on my hand. I quickly pulled my hand away thinking I upset him since he doesn't like physical touch.
"I'm sorry I didn't thi-"
"It's fine." He cut me off with a calm voice. "So you don't want anything to show my thanks?"
"No Cas." I chuckled. "I didn't do it for a gift. You seemed really concerned about Dean, and I wanted to help. Just your thanks is more than enough."
"Oh. Well, thank you then." He said and his eyes shifted and I could have sworn his cheeks had the slightest color change, but he couldn't have. It's Cas.
"Yeah, no problem."
My stomach gurgled and Castiel looked at it as if it spoke.
"Well I guess I am pretty hungry. I'll go ask the guys if they want anything." I chuckled and smiled awkwardly.
"Oh, alright." Cas looked somewhat disappointed.
"Okay. I won't be long." I told him and walked out into the night breeze. I fell with my back against the wall and took a deep breath of the humid yet somewhat cold air. I rubbed my temples and sighed.
