Author Note: This is my first Fanfiction and my first time ever writing something. This story will followed the original event that happened in Naruto anime except with my own tweaks and the inclusion of Naruto movies. In this iteration of story Naruto has sister named, Uzumaki Kanan. The pairings will be canon except for Kakashi. Uzumaki Kanan x Hatake Kakashi, that is a pair for Kanan-chan, Kanan is my OC. I will not exaggerated the story about Naruto childhood like other fanfiction do like (e.x) Fox Hunt, Mob beating Naruto to the point almost died, Civilian councils will not be included and other exaggerated thing that other fanfiction usually put in their story.

Author note: I'll make tweaks to Naruto power in my iteration of story, I'll make him stronger than in canon. Not by much, so the struggle he experienced in canon will not be nullified in here. Not just Naruto really, but also Sakura.
I'll explain how i handle Sakura later on.

Chapter 02: A week from attending Academy? Revelation and Truth!

Konohagakure
After the incident involving the Uzumaki siblings they immediately brought to hospital due to chakra exhaustion, the nurse and doctor immediately check upon Naruto and Kanan conditions, the group worried about those two condition.
"Both are suffering from chakra exhaustion but they should be fine right now, both will probably be awakes by next morning" the doctor informed the group.
"That is good to hear" Sandaime said.
"If you all don't mind let this kids alone for this night, they needed some good rest to restore their chakra" said the doctor.
"Alright then, everyone we should leave for this night at let these kids rest, we will asked them what happened tomorrow whenever they woke up" said Sandaime. The group dispersed back to their respective home and called it a day for now.
The next day both Kanan and Naruto woke up in hospital bed, Naruto wondering what happened yesterday that they ended up on hospital. Kanan remembers what happened yesterday immediately asked nearby doctor what is happening.
"Doctor, why do we ended up in hospital? And where is that little girl named...uh...Hyūga Hinata?" Asked Kanan worried.
"Ah you two have woke up from your injuries, don't worry she's fine with her family" the doctor said.
Hearing this Kanan relaxed a bit and goes back to her bed. The doctor immediately informed Sandaime Hokage and the Hyūga family about these two waking up.
10 minutes later both Sandaime Hokage and Hyūga family arrived at hospital and immediately goes to see the Uzumaki siblings,
"Oh Naruto...Kanan you two already wake up, how is the rest?" Sandaime asked,
