Izuku was born Quirkless to the Number 1 and 8 Heroes. His father was secretly born Quirkless and was disgusted by the idea of his son being the same.

He and his wife neglect the child and don't realise that he vanished when he was 9, only realising after two years.

But Izuku wasn't happy during this time...

Techno Adaption.

Techno Adaption allows him to adapt any technology that is connected to him in any implanted way. This includes making it stronger, more advanced and even self repairing.

Super Regeneration.

Super Regeneration allows him to heal much faster than the average human, able to heal clean broken bones in minutes. However this has the side effects of, Baldness and Pigmentation Alteration.

Basically? It made him bald and turn blue with red eyes.

Perfect Pitch Control.

PPC allows him to perfectly control his pitch of voice, even going into Ultrasound Frequencies. But he cannot use his voice like Present Mic.

Yaka Arrow:

Arrow Mastery: Udonta wore a cybernetic prosthesis protruding out of his head that allowed him to control and aim an arrow made of Yaka with a series of whistles. Depending on the tone and intensity of the whistle, the speed, strength, and direction can be controlled. With his skill, Udonta was capable of either threatening an individual, killing an entire squad of Sakaarans before they could have time to react, or eliminating an entire fleet of the Ravagers who mutinied against him.

The arrow is capable of penetrating anything and seems capable of moving at a speed of Mach 5 at least. With his arrow, Yondu has killed the Maskless Sakaaran, Narblik, Huhtar, Scrote, Halfnut, Brahl, and Gef.

Master Thief: Udonta was skilled in the art of thievery. This allowed him to get up in the ranks of the Ravagers before he was kicked out. He then started his own faction and taught his adoptive son Peter Quill how to thieve.

Master Pilot: Udonta was a highly skilled pilot; he was selected to join Peter Quill in the assault inside the Dark Aster. He was able to shoot down many enemy ships before his M-Ship was damaged and he was forced to make a crash landing.

Expert Tactician: Udonta was the captain of his own clan, commandeering dozens of Ravagers in missions and heists across the whole galaxy.

Yaka Arrow: Udonta used this whistle-controlled arrow made from Yaka to attack his enemies. Although Udonta rarely actually used the arrow, he often threatened people with it, including Star-Lord and Broker, who both knew how deadly it could be. During the Battle of Xandar, however, Udonta found himself cornered by a unit of the Sakaarans and used the arrow to kill every enemy in mere seconds, even managing to destroy a Necrocraft by ripping it apart from the inside.

Yaka Arrow Controller: Protruding out of Udonta's head was a prosthetic metal piece which allowed Udonta to control and aim the Yaka Arrow, as it glowed red whenever he was controlling the arrow.

Yakka Arrow Capabilities: The Yaka Arrow is a weapon forged from Yaka metal by the Centaurians. Yaka Arrows respond to a specific range of sonic frequencies which change the material's reactive behavior. With self-propelling and extremely modulated anti-gravitational technology, the arrows themselves are able to defy gravity and move freely through the air at great speeds as well as being highly durable and sharp, allowing them to pierce through most targets, including the hull of a spacecraft.

The arrows are controlled by high-pitch sonic frequencies, which Centaurian natives are able to produce by whistling. As with other weapons, Centaurians have to train themselves to be proficient at controlling the arrows with accuracy and precision. Changes in the users' whistling directs the arrow and causes it to gain both speed and momentum or suddenly stop at will, as well as rapidly and fluidly change direction. Skilled Centaurians can direct an arrow to rapidly fly back and forth among targets across a battlefield, or even up and down as well as sideways across tiers and levels of constructed structure, striking numerous targets before they are able to react, all before returning the arrow to themselves. Udonta claimed that personally he doesn't use his mind to control his arrow but his intuition which explains why he was very proficient at using it.
