Standing in front of a closed door on a forbidden floor was just a regular Tuesday for the group of seven. Now they only had to think of the best way to open it.
"Well, using alohomora didn't work, so I suggest we just look for the key," Namjoon said, to which Jungkook nodded. There was no point in trying any other magic. There wasn't any spell but alohomora that they knew of anyway.
"It would take way too long to find the key," Jin complained. "It could be anywhere and it already took us weeks before finding a moment to get to this door unseen!"
"Worth the wait, isn't it?" Jimin shrugged.
"We can also try to just knock on the door. Maybe there's someone on the other side?" Taehyung suggested innocently.
The six of them all rolled their eyes or looked at Taehyung in disbelief.
"C'mon, Taehyung-ah, that- that's not your best idea, right?" Jin laughed a little nervously. "There's a reason that door is locked! If there was anyone behind that- and Merlin I hope not- then they are not supposed to get out!"
"What if there are monsters...and we wake them up..." Hoseok shivered.
"Too late to worry about that now, don't you think?" Yoongi snorted.
"I got it!" Jungkook grinned. "We'll just knock the whole door down! Bombarda the whole thing to smithereens!"
It was quiet for a moment, all of them looking at Jungkook the same way they had looked at Taehyung.
"It would probably do the job..." Namjoon mumbled.
"But attract way too much attention!" Jimin exclaimed.
"Guys..." Yoongi called, but he was ignored.
"If we knock down the door, there won't be anything to lock again."
"Yeah, Hoseok-hyung is right! What if there are indeed monsters and we need to run? They won't be stopped by the door if it's completely blown away!"
"Guys." Yoongi tried again.
"I say we try the knocking," Taehyung said.
"I say that's stupid and we just look for the key," Namjoon said.
"I say you're all wasting our time and we should just get on with it!" Jungkook said with a frown, becoming a little impatient.
"GUYS!" Yoongi yelled.
They all looked back at him, annoyed frowns on their faces. But then they saw where Yoongi was standing. He was standing in the doorway. The open doorway.
"How did you...?" Hoseok breathed.
Yoongi smirked. "Magical version of picking a lock."
