In the great expanse of the nether there exists boundless amounts of magnificent phenomenon the great brilliance of an exploding star, the nimble dance of space dust through a nebula but once every one thousand years our corner of reality is treated to an incredible sight from the deep eldritch recesses of the cosmos the tears of a forgotten colossus begin to fall.
Tears made of the hopes and dreams of every living thing that never came to be. Condensed and sent shooting across the night sky in a dazzling final display. What appears to mortal beings as a meteor shower we can see for what it is: Azathoth's Tears.
Octavia giggles. "Daddy, can we go see it someday?" She asked as she was held by her dad in bed. "Yes, dear. I promise, when the day comes nothing will be able to keep me from being there with you. Good night, my Owlette." Stolas said with a smile putting her back to bed earning a giggle from Octavia who quickly closed her eyes so that she could dream and talk to Raven.
Octavia's eyes widen as the scene in front of her.
"What do you think?" Raven asked coming behind the little girl who was jumping up and down at the tea table filled with fake animal statues as friends.
"I love it! I love it!" Octavia said cheerfully as she hugs Raven's legs with a smile on her face, Raven chuckles hugging her back. "Now, tell me all about your day." Raven said as they both took a seat on the tea table.
Octavia proceeds to tell Raven about the meteor shower that her dad talked about and the promise he made to her.
"Sounds exciting." Raven said rubbing her head. "And I promise that if he breaks it I'll go there myself and hurt him." She said her eyes glowing red with a sadistic grin her right hand clench.
"Don't worry, I know dad won't break it. I believe in him." Octavia said leaning her head to Raven's hand.

Octavia gets up from her bed a smile on her face going to her calendar circling the meteor shower with little versions of her, her dad and Raven. She quickly changed herself and heads to the kitchen hoping that her dad and Raven were eating breakfast.
"Hey dad, hey m- Raven!" Octavia said almost accidentally calling Raven mom but quickly fixed it but she frowns not seeing them. "Dad? Raven?" She called out only to stop hearing her dad anger voice outside.
"Yes, I know!" Stolas angrily said as he holds the imp butler in his right hand and the phone on the other. "It will be there, shortly."
"Of course they're being careful! And don't call her that, she's my mate so respect her." Stolas said with a glare his voice raising hearing his ex-wife calling Raven a name.
