"Earth to (y/n)! Hey, hey, Wakey wakey!" Your friend, Christina called, shaking you awake. You had both transferred from Candor to Dauntless along with some others.

You let out a low groan, rolling on your side, facing away from Christina. "Just a few more..." You trailed off as you fell back to sleep. Christina sighed, pulling off your bed sheets with you on them.

You let out a small squeak as you fell on the floor. "We're gonna be late for training, (y/n) and I really don't want Eric making me hang from the chasm rails again."

Your (e/c) eyes snapped open as you immediately sat up to see a slightly worried Christina and and an irritated looking Tris. When did she get here?  You think as you begin to get dressed You wound up telling Christina and Tris to go on without you since at this pace you'll likely be late.

With a little hesitation, Christina and Tris went to training without you but not without a friendly "Hurry the hell up" from Christina. How nice.

Unfortunately, by the time you arrived you were at least 5 minutes late and that's like 10 minutes to Eric. Today you were practicing throwing knives which you found pretty interesting.

Four had just finished from showing everyone the proper way to throw knives and just as he finished, Eric immediately walked over to you. Just what I needed."You're late." Eric said, glaring at you.

His icy blue eyes pierced into your (e/c) ones. "Care to explain why?" You let out an annoyed sigh. "I'm only five minutes late." he narrowed his eyes.

"Maybe  you should arrive on time, initiate." Being the ex candor you were you replied-"Maybe you should shut up for once". You immediately regretted the words as they left your mouth.

"Is that a death wish, initiate?" You're beginning to become more annoyed with this 'initiate' crap. "I have a name, you know?" He smirks at your frustration and you frown, being bold enough to walk away from him and grab three knives, throwing them towards your target with a swing of your arm and a flick of your wrist.

You don't hit the target dead on but you did hit it and stuck it which very few people here could say. You smirk, moving your (h/c) hair out of your face and tuck it behind your ear as you throw your second knife with more precision this time, the knife landing closer to the middle of the target than the other.

You could feel a pair of eyes on you but you ignored them, throwing your third knife, watching as it hit bulls eye. "Impressive, initiate" God Damn him...

"So." Christina starts, swallowing her food. "What'd he say?" You play with your food a little. You weren't really hungry at the moment but you knew you'd regret it later so you ate a little.

"You know, the usual...tough instructor stuff."  Christina laughs at this. "Oh really? He's seem to taken an interest in you If you know what a mean~" your eyes shoot up, a red tint covering your cheeks.

"No, I don't 'know what you mean'" It's ridiculous. Why would he take interest in a 'Candor smart mouth' as he would call you. "Don't play stupid, (y/n) I saw the way he looked at you!" You sigh, annoyed by this conversation, You stand up.

"I'm going to bed early so I won't be late again." You say as you begin to walk away to throw away your food. "But tomorrow's a free day and its soooo early!" Christina yelled. "Don't care!" And with that you left the pit.

To be honest you weren't really tired. The only thing you were tired of was Christina's teasing but you shrugged it off and decided to walk around the compound.

When you finally though you were completely lost you came upon the jumping net and smiled, laying on it and looking up at the multi colored sky. You don't know how long you've been laying there but Suddenly a strong hand jerks you out of your daydreaming and drags you off the net and onto the floor. Again?!.

"You shouldn't be here, initiate." You look up to see Eric towering over you. Christina's words come back to you and another blush forms on your cheeks. God I hope the dark hides that.

"And why is that?" You decide to play it cool. "Get up, (y/n)." You're tooken back by this. Did he actually call me by my actual name???. You stand, dusting the nonexistent dust off you. Anything to destract yourself from his gaze.

"So, you gonna kill me now while you have the chance?" He chuckles, moving closer to you. "That'll be a waste, wouldn't it?" And before you could reply he pushed you up against the wall, grabbing both your hands and pinning them above your head in a tight grip. "E-Eric-" He presses his lips against yours, shutting you up. You relax as both your lips move in sync.

He releases your hands which immediately wrap around his neck, deeping the kiss. You allow his tougue to explore your mouth as you do the same. Finally, you break away for air, somewhat panting. There was no hiding this blush. Not Even the darkest corridor could help you now.

Eric smirked at this. That famous smirk of his. Quite handsome, actually... You let go of him looking anywhere but him and he finally brakes the awkward silence. "Go back to the dorms, initiate. It's getting late,  or are you lost?". The jerk is back...did he ever leave?

"I'm lost..." You lie. You remember how to get to the pit from here and to the dorms from there but you lie anyway.

He mumbles something you don't quite catch, pushing you forward and you both begin to walk back towards the dorms.

It was hard for you to go to sleep that night due to not only Christina's but Tris and Will's questions(which you answered with weak lies) about what you were doing with Eric.

"Alright, suure" Tris said, in a sarcastic tone as she laid down. "Are you sure nothing happened?!" Christina asked. "Yes! I'm sure"another lie.

Guess that's why you left Candor."I bet they like, totally fucked or something" Will teased in a girly voice. "OH MY GOD, WILL GO TO BED!" You needed new friends.
