Chapter 6

You don't get to choose. You just fall in love, and get this person who is all right and all wrong at the same time.

Level III : Situationship ?

She shifted her body weight entirely on him and he sighed in contentment. They had landed in Paris and the cab ride from the airport to their hotel was a long one so she decided for a quick nap, obviously so that she is energized enough to eat food. 

"Laddoo wake up. We are here." Moaning in her sleep she opned her eyelids but unable to register her surroundings mumbled "Where are we?"

"We are in Paris belle femme." He rubbed his palms across her arms in order to wake her up.

"Sunny pick me I can't walk."

"Okay, as the lady wishes." And within the blink of an eye he picked her up in his arms and walked towards the entry gate of the reception. His immediate action left Tejasswi wide awakened and all flustered up.

"Karan put me down. What are you doing everyone is looking at us!" 

"Arrey but you only asked me to pick you up." She mentally face palmed herself at his words "Okay fine now I am asking you to put me down, will you? Please!" Securely putting her feet down he looked at her amazed with a cute pout, making her raise her eyebrows in confusion.

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Tum kudiya itni confusing kaise hoti ho? Mai nahi khel raha." She rolled her eyes at him and went towards the reception area to collect their set of keys, an annoyed Karan could do nothing but follow her.

Hearing the doorbell Karan got up to see who it was at this hour, he got startled to see Tejasswi standing at the door.

"Teja, are you alright? Everything is fine right?" Tejasswi was the least expected person for Karan at this hour. While they were in Italy they were staying in different hotels, though they were on walking distance they never met each other after retiring back to their hotel rooms. 

"Where are your manners, Sunny? Yahi sikhaya hai maine tujhe? Let me come inside at least." Getting inside his bedroom, she bounced on the bed and made herself comfortable over there. 

"Where is the TV remote? Ohhh it's here only!" While she kept surfing for good channels on the television, all Karan could do was stare at this amusing girl. One moment she'll be all shy and blushy and the very next moment she'll be his carefree laddoo. 

"But weren't we supposed to go for dinner downstairs?"

"Order for room service nuh. Please!" The only effort Tejasswi Prakash has to ever put is to make a cute puppy face and Karan Kundrra will melt in a minute. It was so easy and both of them knew this trick very well, still Karan would always gave in for her antics. 

"Okay but tell me what do you wanna eat?" 

"Order anything that you like." Shrugging his shoulders he placed an order for both of them while Tejasswi snuggled in the blanket and continued watching movie. 

Life took a complete turn for Karan. Since past one year he had been contemplating to be in a better zone but all he did was, tried to escape the reality. After his breakup while he should have mended his relation with himself first, he did it with everybody else and that's where he went wrong. 

We can never keep others around us happy if we ourselves are not happy enough. But after a really long time this girl made him feel happy by heart. It wasn't just her looks that he was attracted to, it was her simplicity, her kindness, her aura. The vibe that she radiated within herself, Tejasswi Prakash was one hell of a woman to fall in love with and he knew he had started falling somewhere.
