A twist of feelings

One hopefull fieldtrip.

As Katherine is zoning out in class the teacher notices shes not paying attention. "Katherine, did you hear anything i just said" "Yeah, yeah tommorow we have to bring food and drinks and dress comfortably bc we are going on a fieldtrip." "Good. okay kids, you can go now." As Katherine is going out of the classroom she catches Amber looking at her, knowing its a quincidence and shes probably looking at her just because the embarrasement in class today she still smiles back and keps going. 

The next day Katherine arrives in class with the others waiting for the teacher. they all get in the bus and find theyre seats.  "Hey, can i sit here? Ik you probably dont like me very much but all of the other seats are taken by bags and people." "Bags?" "Yes, some people wanted to sit alone meaning this is the last spot." "S-sure its not like you have much of a choice.." "Thanks."  Katherine finnaly started talking to Amber and becoming friends with her. When they finnaly get there and enter the dark caves and Amber almost falls over after hearing someone with a womans voice call her name. "Chill, its just me. I was using a voice changer" "God Dylan you scared me."  "I heard youre getting closer with Katherine aka your crush." "WE STARTED TALKING IN THE BUS HOW THE HELL?!" "I litteratly sit behind you both in the bus." "Oh..." "Wher even is she rn?" "Idk, the last time i saw her we were going from the bus to the caves i havent seen her since." "They arent very deep eitherway so she is probably fine." "Yeah i mean its cool we get to explore caves and stuff on our own." "Yeah." They all go back to the bus but this time Katherine seems a bit quiet. "Is something wrong?" "What? Oh- uhhh no.." "Spit it out." "Fine, i heard you and Dylans conversation in the cave."
