SOMEDAY
Willow patted her brother down, making sure he looked perfect. "Stop it." He slapped her arms away.
"I just want you to look your best!" She smiled, dusting his shoulder. He rolled his eyes and accepted it, he looked towards her shoulder which had a bandage wrapped on it, covered by her dress. He was about to speak up, however another voice interrupted them.
"Willow." A man's voice called out her name. Willow looked up to see Thomas Watson stood beside her mother. She smiled at the man and walked towards him, bowing her head.
"Thomas, I am so incredibly sorry for my absence the past few days." She apologised. Thomas grabbed her hands and brought them up to his lips, kissing her knuckles.
"As long as you're safe, how is your shoulder?" He asked.
"Healing, it still hurts but not as much." She smiled. Thomas kept a hold of her hands and nodded, returning the smile. Willow turned her head back to her brother, but was surprised to see that he was talking to someone at the gate. "I'm sorry Thomas, but can you excuse me for just a moment."
"Of course." He let go of her hand and watched as she walked to her brother before starting a conversation with the girl's mother and uncle.
"Hello brother," Willow greeted him and turned to look at the girl at the gate, "Enola."
"Willow, I'm pleased to see you're doing well, and that you have sorted out that horrendous fringe I gave you!" She laughed, looking at Willow's hair which was put into a bun, with hair clips hiding away the fringe.
"Oh quiet." She shushed her, laughing with the girl. Nicholas watched the two interact before seeing a figure emerge from the crowd and stood a few steps away from Enola. Nicholas nudged her sister and she furrowed her eyebrows, looking at him. He then pointed to the man behind Enola and Willow looked up to see Sherlock, waving at her.
"Sherlock!" She grinned and quickly hurried to the open gates where the guards let her through. She ran toward him and engulfed him in a hug. "Oh I am pleased to see you again!" She grinned.
"As am I, you look wonderful." He looked at what she wore. Willow's mother had bought her a lovely new, pale blue dress as her other one was unfortunately destroyed. She looked simply beautiful.
"Thank you, you don't look too bad yourself." Willow replied. Sherlock chuckled and looked towards Enola and Willow's brother.
"They seem to be getting a long quite well, don't you think?" Sherlock inquired, Willow looked towards them and smiled.
"I agree, they look good together."
Sherlock looked behind the two teenagers and noticed a man seemed to be glaring daggers at him, "I don't think that man likes me very much." He looked at Willow.
"What man?" Willow looked around, and saw Thomas staring directly at Sherlock. If looks could kill, Sherlock would be dead by now. "Oh, that is Sir Watson, the man I am supposed to be getting married to."
"I see." Sherlock looked down, "No proposal yet though?"
"No, not yet." Willow held out her hand.
"But if he got down on one knee, you would say yes?" He asked, analysing the girl's eyes. Willow looked at Sherlock and sighed.
"Most likely, if it is what I must do, I will." She replied.
"If you don't want to be betrothed to him, don't do it, there will be someone out there for you." Sherlock quickly spoke up. Willow shook her head and placed her arms down her sides again.
"Sherlock, why are you telling me this?" She asked.
Sherlock remained silent and looked away, watching his sister Enola begin to leave and seeing Nicholas waiting for his sister, "Your family is waiting for you."
Willow glanced at her brother and saw that he was indeed waiting at the gates for her, "Then I shall have to go." She began to make her way towards the gates.
"Willow." Sherlock shouted, causing Willow to halt in her steps and face the man, "I hope to see you again someday."
"As I you." She smiled and turned around, grabbing onto her brother and linking arms with him. Sherlock watched as the girl greeted her husband to be and watched with sorrow eyes as the man kissed her arm and took her away from her brothers hold and into his own, walking away with the rest of the Tewksbury family.
Willow looked back to see that Sherlock had now gone, and she sighed, turning around again. She knew she would see him again, whether that be tomorrow or in a years time, they would meet again, she would make sure of it.
