Set your number generator to 1 - 14.

10 - StarClan
11 - Barn Cat (like Barley or Ravenpaw)
12 - Dark Forest
13 - Tribe Of Rushing Water
14 - You Choose!
For a loner, rogue, BloodClan, kittypet or Barn Cat you can take out the suffix from your name or change it to something similar.
For Tribe Of Rushing Water, extend it. For example, Tansynut could be Nut That Lays On Tansy (Tansy). Or, I don't know, Honeybranch - Honey That Drips From Branch (Honey).
Also, please remember you can always change anything you don't like!

Age
The age is in moons - if you don't read Warrior Cats (which you probably do read, seeing as you're reading this book), moons are basically months, so the number you get is how many months old your OC is.
If your OC's rank is a kit, their age will be anything from 0 to 6 moons. If your OC is an apprentice, their age will usually be from 6 to 12 moons - however, some apprentices may have their warrior ceremony delayed for different reasons, so they might be older than that.
The number you generate is how old your OC is!
Warrior rank - set the generator to 12-120. Anything from 12-40 is a teenager/young warrior (this incudes apprentices), and 100-120 makes them a senior warrior. 40-100 is an adult.
Elder rank - set the generator from 120-220. Of course elders can be older than this, but it is not very common. Warriors can also retire to elders early because of a disability or injury, so you don't have to stick to these ages. This is just a rough guide.
