(Warning sad ending)
I was watching the jaguar from the tree, I was studying it's movement like my mother had taught me, this was my first time hunting without my mom there to help me. If something went wrong I was on my own. The jaguar was stalking a rabbit, I watched as the jaguar crouched down being quiet as possible, it slowly moved towards the rabbit until it was close enough to pounce, it pounced the rabbit and grabbing it by the neck, I watched as the jaguar snapped its neck.

The jaguar dropped the rabbit, and started to enjoy its meal, I cloaked myself and moved down the tree quietly, I moved slowly when I reached the ground with a small thud, the jaguar looked up for a second trying to find what the noise was, I didn't move, after he see nothing he sniffed the air but he couldn't find me, so he went back to his meal.

I crouch down and slowly moved towards the jaguar, I released the wrist blades as I was practically right next to him, I  grabbed him around the neck and slit his throat, he died after a few seconds of bleeding out.

I sheathed my wrist blades and picked up the jaguar, then I carried it home where mom was waiting for me.
When I got home I walked towards the table outside of the cabin me and  mom lived in with stood taller than most, I had only seen them in pictures, due to her mom's height it stood 15 feet tall,

I placed the jaguar on the table and skinned and gutted it, I then removed the meat putting and washed witch the water in the bucket, mom kept outside with was changed out at the end of each day.
I placed the meat inside a container, I then took the meat inside putting it on the counter next to mom, mom walked over to the freezer and opened it, she then helped me hang up the meat on the hooks.

"So I take it the hunt went well pup?" Mom asked
I answered "yes it went vary well mother."
"Good" she said closing the freezer she walked over to the sink and cleaned her hands, I did the same after she was done.

She turned around and looked at me and spoke "come pup time to train" she said motioning for me to follow.
So I did.

We walked out to our normal training spot, mom tossed me a training stick then grabbed one for herself "ready yourself pup!" She said as I took a defensive stance realizing she was going to come at me, she ran towards me as she mad an attempt to attack I blocked it with my training stick and followed through with my own attack mom dodged it, I jumped back and changed tactics, I used my leg to trip her and pointed my stick to her throat.

Mom purred in approval, I put my stick down and helped mom up "you are getting better pup, but remember a male yautja  won't hesitate to make you submit or worse kill you, depending on his intentions, especially if he is a ic'jit, So always be on your guard pup it's you or him remember that!" mom stopped and turned around looking to to forest as she got a protective look on her face.

Mom looked at me worried as we heard male voices "pup listen to me, get down out of sight and don't come out no matter what you see or hear, ok?" Mom said. I run over to moms ship and open the hatch, I walk inside closing it behind me and walk into the control room and hide under the control center.

I hear three males talking in a language I don't understand, I hear mom do a protective roar as I hear someone scream Then the sound of gun fire, I hear mom roar in pain then I hear running. Everything went quiet I waited a few minutes before going outside to see mom lying on the ground in a pool of her own blood.

"No!!" I scream  as mom tries to speak "pup you must get out of here, it's not safe here anymore" she said coughing up more blood

No, No, No, mother you can't leave me, I'm not ready to lose you!" I said in tears as mom growled
"Remember you training pup, now go get out of here." She growls

I go back into moms ship and grab my favorite whip, a blaster canon, replaced my wrist blades, grabbed the netgun, the deployable stars a healing kit and some supplies to keep me alive. I activated the ship's shield after I walked out of the ship so I could come back for it later, Then I see mom activating self destruct, I look at her in shock and started running as fast as I could toward the forest.

When I get far enough away I hear the explosion I feel tears roll down my face, knowing mom was gone forever, I started walking through the forest I needed to find somewhere to sleep for the night and hunt some food.
