Lady Sunshine is also a cocktail. The Ability of this Stand is to precisely stab it's opponent or slash or somehow injure the enemy with it's sword and once it does, the alcohol that is dripping from the sword will make it's way into the enemy's system and get them drunk. It makes the opponent irrational. If the opponent has a high tolerance to alcohol they have to be hit multiple times, of course, similar to how even someone with a high alcohol tolerance would eventually get wasted the more they drank. The range of this is only 3 meters. (9.10ft)
