TWO DAYS LATER

ELIJAH

Elijah been back in mystic fall for two days, he met up with Elena a few times since the first night when they were at mystic grill, Elijah and Elena is meeting for lunch at the grill to discuss further on who our her parents and jenna to bring back, Elena still uncertain she knows she can't have all of them back and it breaking her heart to choose between them, Elijah is at the grill at a table for two waiting on Elena. An hour later she comes in with her hair curled instead of straight she makes her way to the table where Elijah is, Elijah stands up and shakes her hand and pulls her chair out for her "thank you" she sits down and Elijah pushes the chair in "your welcome" as he sits back in his chair a waiter comes with a glass of water for Elena and a menu "let me know when you ready to order" the waiter walks away,a few minutes later Elijah calls the waiter back and they both order the cheeseburgers with salad and Elena orders a coke while Elijah orders a red wine.

They make small talk while waiting for their meal then the door opens and both Elijah and Elena look towards it and its Damon with a very fuming look on his face as he storms up to them Elena stands up as does Elijah Elena looks to Damon "what are you doing back Damon?" Damon holds up his hand to cut Elena of "I'm back here because Matt called me two days ago saying Elijah was back and you was having drinks with him DAMN ELENA how many times do I have to tell you Elijah is your enemy not your friend why do you assit on talking to him" Elijah goes to say something but Elena stops him and looks at Damon with angry flashing in her eyes and yells at him "DAMON I CAN DO WHAT I WANT WE AREN'T TOGETHER ANYMORE SO YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO OR WHO I TALK TO AND GOD DAMN MATT IT ISN'T HIS BUSINESS EITHER", Elijah smiles slightly and thinks to himself she knows how to put him in his place still then looks to Damon "you know I have never meant any harm to Elena and when I have it was for family like you do I have always regretted putting her in harms way" he then looks to Elena and offer his hand to her she takes it and they go to walk away Damon grabs Elena arm "don't go with him Elena" she shakes of his hand and Elijah and Elena takes of.

they walk to elena's car elijah offers her to his place then goes "i have never heard raise your voice at damon or stefan", elena sighs "well im not that girl anymore elijah, i been through alot, losing my parents,aunt jenna then my biological parents, stefan leaving and coming back falling for damon dying and becoming a vampire losing my brother and getting him back then taking the cure and being human again then was asleep then lost sefan all that changed me yes i'm still elena and i'm studying to become a doctor but i have changed and alot stronger and sometimes i wish i could become a vampire again but i can't due to the cure would make my body reject it", elijah looks taken back "you want to be a vamp again? i thought you hated being one?" elena smiles "well it had it moments and those moments was good i also like being human so yeah i be happy either way" as she gets in her car elijah smiles and gets in his car elena follows him to the house not that she needs to as klaus hold her hostage there a few times and not mention the salavtores, bonnie and jemrey.

they get to elijah's place and they both get out of the car and goes inside, elena is suprised to see hope and the twins and they go up to her and give her hug and she hugs all three looks to elijah "why is lizzie and joise here for?" elijah goes to answer but the twins answered "we helping freya and hope to channel our magic so they strong enough to bring klaus and hayley back and either jenna, your parents and stefan back please don't tell dad he would flip out" elena agrees not to tell  their dad, elijah is shocked the twins kept out they were going to be there to but doesn't say anything out loud becuse he and the twins know if elena knows that part she would tell alaric but if she thinks they only letting hope and freya use their family line she won't tell alaric because they won't be in danger. a few minutes later the door opens and rebekah walks in with marcel, keelin and freya's son, rebekah sees elena "what is this bitch doing here" elijah vamp speeds to her "rebekah shes here because shes a friend now let go of the past" elena walks to elijah and rebekah looks straight into her eys "well elijah doesn't know this but i know the deal and i'm wanting to do it" rebekah looks to her "and what is that?" elena smiles and pulls out a vile "this is my blood so the cure here take it as it yours after everything this has been your dream, i never really hated you rebekah even though you hated me and killed me but you just like the rest of us you want a family of your own and for thousands years you have always been there for elijah and klaus saraficed your own happiness for theirs this is your turn" she offers her the vile rebekah takes the vile "thank you elena, i guess killing you changed you" as she puts the cure in her pocket "i take it once this job is done" smiles and goes up the stairs to her old room, freya comes running in to kiss keelin and niklaus, hope vamp speeds up to see aunt rebekah and marcel.

elena and rebekah will become friends and rebekah will take the cure once klaus and hayley is back
