Y/n: Jen...

Jen: Oh my god it's soo good to see you again y/n

she walks to me smiling and pulls me into a hug

Y/n: yeah it's good to see you too

I hug her right back

My god I missed her so much

Jen: how have you been? It's been so long since we talked

Y/n: yeah Im good. What about you?

Jen: I'm great and I'm engaged

She shows her hand with a beautiful ring on

Y/n: w-wow umm congratulations Jen

I fake smile at her

She engage? Why didn't Wade tell me now I don't have a chance with her

Matt: hey y/n how are you?

Y/n: oh hey Matt I'm good what about you?

Matt: I'm great. So I heard Jen told you about our engagement

He laughed

Y/n: yeah yeah she did. Congratulations again to both of you

They both said thank you and I excuse myself to go talk to Wade

Y/n: Wade you didn't tell me Jen was engaged

Wade: she's what!?

Y/n: shh! you didn't know?

Wade: no of course not. But wow oh man im sorry. How do you feel?

Y/n: im fine I guess. It's just weird you know. The one person who I love the most is now taken...

Wade: hey don't say that, you know you can still have her. She not married yet and you may still have a shot with her. Just tell her how you feel.

I thought about what Wade said for a while until a knock on the door pulled me out of my thoughts

Vanessa went to the door and open it to whoever was knocking

Vanessa: Hey Natasha

I turn my head to see Vanessa hugging Natasha

Y/n: what is Natasha doing here!?

I turn to ask wade

Wade: .......I may have invite everyone but I didn't know they were gonna come.

I sigh and rub my face and I see Natasha making her way to me

Nat: hey y/n

Y/n: Hey Natasha how have you been?

Nat: I've been good what about you?

Y/n: Im good are you? You here alone or is Steve with you and your kid?

Nat: He's here just finding parking and rose is at home with a babysitter

Y/n: oh ok are you guys gonna get drunk?

I smile at her and she laughs nodding yes and walks away to the backyard

A couple of minutes past and more people show up
Right now I'm sitting on the couch in the living room watching a football game
And I feel someone standing next to me
I look up and see Jen starting at me

Jen: Hey how come your not with the rest of us? We all missed you know and we don't know if this Is going to be the last time we see in a while
