"do you think people will tell everyone we've confirmed we're dating?" i asked mason as we laid on his bed, my back against the headboard and his head in my lap while i play with his hair.
"probably but who cares even if we aren't dating we can let people speculate it's funny" he replied laughing but when he looked up at me i looked worried "hey i'm sorry we can tell them that we aren't dating if ur uncomfortable with everyone speculating"
"no it's fine it's just, i've seen the way the people speculating effected my mom. she literally went into hiding after people speculated about what happened with kanye" i said
"are you sure? because i will take down that post about us if you want me to or i can post on my story something like "hey guys me and ali aren't dating so stop speculating i only posted that to make people stop asking if she's dating malachi" again i'm completely fine with telling people that" mason told me
"no no i promise you don't have to say anything or take down that post. it's keeping people from asking if i'm dating malachi, keep it up please and do not release a statement it'd be weird" i replied
"okay okay i won't" he told me closing his eyes "it feels nice when you play with my hair. i like it"
"well i'm glad you like it because if you didn't it would be bad because i'm planning on doing this until we die" i replied laughing
