Marley and Paradis had fully solidified their peace treaty, allowing the Eldians freedom and no discrimination. However, the two countries decided to craft an empire over the world, and the Titan Shifters should've been brought to the head of the joint army, yet none came.
Remnant was peaceful.
Mostly.
But in a room, three people were within, one kneeling, the others standing."With this you become my first disciple," the middle one said as he slit his arm and let the other drink from their hands.
The first of seven.
When the two others left their newest ally in the room to readjust, they began to speak.
"So Founder, what shall we do now?," the taller said, his white cloak fluttering a little in the wind.
"You shall wreak havoc in the city of Vale," Founder said, "you are my great Hammer of Justice after all, and Vale needs some of those good old-fashioned values upon which we used to rely."
Justice nodded, walking away as Founder reenters the small building.
Three hours later.
Justice got off of the boat, he enjoyed sailing, it calmed him and his hidden anger.
"Time to work for a living," he said, cutting his palm but not letting it heal.
When he got far enough from the docks, he clenched his fist and transformed, his Titan grew from the chest rather than the nape, the cloaked giant then created a giant war hammer to begin crushing or collapsing buildings, the many spikes and towers created by the Titan often destabilized or destroyed buildings.
Soon, however, he had to unshift and unobtrusively exited his Titan before fleeing.
He didn't want to get caught, after all.Three hours later.
"So, Justice, how was it?," Founder asked.
"It was... eventful," Justice responded.
Founder nodded, "go, you deserve rest, I'll watch our newest ally."
"Thank you, Founder," Justice said.

Justice transformed into Aren Vos the second he took off his cloak.
The Shifter collapsed into bed after removing his shoes and socks.
How many years since he found the previous War Hammer?
One? Two? No, two and six months. He sighed and fell asleep soon after, enjoying the soft bed as he drifted away.
