Finally, lunch break. I made my way to the me and the boys' hangout spot. It was just by the mini park we had in the university. Other students ate their lunches there too but only a few, like Camilla and her only 2 friends.

I saw the boys immediately and sat with them. They already bought lunch which was a good thing. I'm starving ffs!

"Looks like someone's in a good mood today." I gave James a questioning look and he sighed dramatically.

"It's you, idiot." I shot him another questioning look as they all laughed.

"That smile, on your face? Yeah, it's kinda obvious." Tris said sarcastically and spoke again.

"Ooooh, is it a girl?" He smirked and nudged me.

I hadn't even noticed that I was smiling the whole time. But hopefully, I didn't look like some weirdo.

"Actually, yes. It is because of a girl." I couldn't help it. I just couldn't keep a secret from these boys. I just needed to tell them the best thing that happened to me yesterday.

"Spill!" I looked at their smiling faces and damn, they were eager. I laughed as I began telling them what happened.

"So it happened yesterday, at the park. The one with the big tree with something carved on the trunk, yeah? Well, I found a sketchbook and a pencil under the tree and I couldn't help but look at it! It had these beautiful drawings and I guess I kind of... like the owner of the sketchbook? I kept it by the way, wanna take a look?" They nodded and I took the 50-paged sketchbook out of my maroon backpack.

They looked at the drawings one by one in awe. That was my actual reaction when I looked at the drawings. I bet the owner was as pretty as her drawings as well.

"But Brad, mate, have you actually seen the owner?" Then it hit me. No, I didn't know who the owner was. I never saw her face nor any part of her.

I shook my head as they face palmed. I sighed in disappointment.

"Then how are you so sure that the owner is a girl. It could be a boy for all you know." Con, the quiet one, finally managed the speak.

"Because look," I pointed at the blue and purple dream catcher that was attached to the spiral thing at the sketchbook. "Plus, I'm sure only a girl would do that. No boy would ever do that!" I defended.

"Uh-huh? What if the owner's gay?" Con suggested. I furrowed my eyebrows together and widened my eyes.

"What?! Hell no, Con!"

"Just saying." He rolled his eyes and chuckled.

"Okay then genius. How are you gonna find this 'sketchbook girl' then?" Tristan said in a sarcastic tone.

"Dunno. I'm sure though that she lives near that area and maybe, just maybe, she comes to the park often." I said, with overflowing confidence.

"Okay then." James rolled his eyes and gave me back the sketchbook. I placed it inside my bag, keeping it safe.

"Anyway, let's just eat. I'm starving! Plus, I need food to keep me going for later. Our prof in philosophy might give me another dumbass punishment since I didn't bother doing the essay." I chuckled.

"Brad mate, you never change huh?" James said and I nodded with a smirk on my face.

"I'm sure Nerd Davies has the best essay again since she's 'the smartest and most responsible student ever'!" We laughed at Tris' attempt to copy Camilla's voice and we started to eat.
