Chapter 4

[May 16th 2002]

Inside the Mt. Fuji house, everyone minus Enzo was currently running around placing decorations around, "So... what's going on?" Bikou asked gaining the attention of Le Fay who was helping Elaine in the kitchen.

"Ah, it's Mister Wizards' Birthday! So we're going to surprise him!" Le Fay excitedly cheered, "Uh but can't he see the-" Bikou began but Arthur covered his mouth so he couldn't finish. Bikou looked over to see Arthur sporting a death glare, "Let. Her. Have. This." he whispered into his ear, making him nod rapidly.

Enzo: 15 - May 16th, 1988
Arthur: 20 - April 5th, 1982
Kuroka 14 - October 1st, 1988
Le Fay: 8 - March 3rd, 1994
Elaine: 23 - April 19th, 1979

For reference, the main plot of DxD starts in April 2009. 

Also, a question would you rather have longer chapters [5000ish words] and fewer chapters, or more but smaller chapters [1000ish - 2000ish words]

Vali was lying down on the couch watching TV, "Vali you could help out you know." Kuroka asked a hand on her hip looking down at him, "Hehe I would but uh." he tried to move his body but it wouldn't listen, Elaine walked up to Kuroka, "Don't bother he was training with Dave and wouldn't stop, he and I quote, 'Won't let this mindless fuck get the better of me,' and I had to drag his body here."

Kuroka raised a brow at him, "So did you show him?" Albion then appeared, "No." he simply responded causing Elaine to stifle a laugh and Kuroka to full-blow laugh at him. She wiped a tear away and looked around, "Your pride aside have you seen Ophis?"

Vali shook his head, "Haven't seen Enzo either, they're probably out together." he theorized causing Kuroka to nod, "Oh well gives us more time to prepare." 

"Oi~ Le Fay~" Kuroka called out, "Yes?" she peeked her head out from the kitchen, "Come and heal our Great Dragon Emperor we need all hands on deck for the party."

"Hai~" she yelled out, "Hai?" Kuroka asked confused, "She's recently been watching these cartoons-"

"ANIME!" Le Fay and Bikou yelled at the same time, everyone stared at Bikou who put his hands behind his head and started whistling, "Anyways, they speak like Chinese or something-"

"JAPANESE!" Bikou and Le Fay yelled again, "SHUT THE HELL UP!" Vali yelled back, "And that's why she's speaking like that. She got hooked on it after watching some Devil TV show."

Le Fay scooted in with freshly washed hands and her staff, "Mhm, its a show called Miracle☆Levia-tan!" she happily pronounced, "How did you speak a star-?" Kuroka began but was cut off, "Its main character is one of the Devil Kings!" 

Arthur spat out his drink and began coughing, "A Devil King has a TV show? Propaganda if I've ever seen it." he wiped his mouth, "Yeah! She's a magical girl who fights crime!" Bikou scooted in, "MAGIC GIRL?!" he had his eyes wide open, "Let's watch it together next time Le Fay-chan!" he yelled out causing the disappointed stares to return.

"Yesh!" Le Fay yelled out high-fiving Bikou who didn't care for the stares now... as much.

Enzo was walking through the snow as Ophis was floating beside him, "Where." it spoke but Enzo didn't reply his eyes were expressionless but he had a frown on his face and his eyebrows down.
