Usually, her little mate was so forgiving with slip-ups now and then. These slip-ups happened on and off again since her reformation, not nearly as abundant as their first encounter mind you. Before Lithia came into Rabbit's life, her routine was pretty similar to that of any other being of power; find a place to scope out, plot something destructive, execute said plot, enslave anyone who tried to disobey, rule over for a time, destroy everything including herself, reincarnate into a new form and repeat the cycle. A pretty mundane and boring set of lives Rabbit had lived. It wasn't until Rabbit herself found that her new form wasn't exactly "terrifying" and more "morbidly cute", cute in the aspect that she looked like a bunny, and morbid in the fact that she only had two eyes that were unlike any color she was used to, a bunnyesque nose, no mouth on her face and maybe the fact that her hands could shift into obsidian-like lances which she began to often used to kill anyone who got too close for comfort. Her new appearance kept her from being found out for a time and her conquering seemed like all the others. Easy. Well, it would have been easier until Lithia literally came running into her life.

Lithia was a small thing reaching up to Rabbit's hips. When She saw the little creature, she assumed she was a child (a rather young child. Her voice was high pitched, nothing squeaky, just higher than anything Rabbit had heard.) Her form looked fragile, almost as if she were made of glass, and when the sun hit her just right, you could see just how transparent she actually was. The only thing visible was a skeletal structure made of what looked like diamonds and a glass looking heart that was beating rapidly. Rabbit hadn't meant to save the wee thing from a bunch of greedy poachers, nor did she intend to become friendly with the said creature. She was surprised that the creature was so quick to trust the monster after their "heroic" deed.
Lithia had introduced herself and offered the killer shelter for the approaching evening. Being unable to verbally protest, Rabbit was yanked by the hand and escorted through two cities, a bayou, and finally into a highly gated orchard garden of sorts. Turns out Lithia was part of a rare breed of oracles that created physical forms that were only used for communication and learning. Their true forms were that of an energy source that witches, alchemists, and everyday humans longed to fuel whatever contraptions, spells and anything else you could imagine. Least to say, Rabbit learned about Lithia in a single day than anyone else who pretended to be friends with her. It was kind of pitiful, to say the least. Since the verbal exchange was more one-sided, and since Rabbit didn't really have a name, Lithia dubbed the eldritch just that. Rabbit. A name that she eventually accepted and grew to love only when spoken by the oracle.
Rabbit ended up staying with Lithia. The start of this "friendship" was solely supposed to be an observation to sedate the curiosity that began brewing. However, that curiosity only escalated to obsession. She wanted her attention and to make sure no one would try and steal her prize away. Rabbit had heard of being in love, but she had never really understood what it was all about. Until now. No one was safe around Lithia and it got so bad that Lithia couldn't even talk to people whom she actually knew. Rabbit would loom over whoever was talking to the little oracle until they would excuse themselves and flee for their lives, only to be found a few days or weeks later contorted in some kind of mangled array of body parts with obscure messages written in their own blood. This went on for a few months until Lithia put her tiny foot down and told Rabbit that if she didn't stop scaring and killing people away who were NOT a threat she would end their "friendship". Lithia expressed great distress and anger to which Rabbit didn't understand what the fuss was about. One thing she did realize was that her love interest was close to ending everything!

She couldn't let that happen!

So the reformation had to happen in order for this relationship to work out. It was no stroll through the woods or however that saying goes, and after figuring out how to NOT kill people and actually tolerate them... Let's just say the first few months were constant clean-ups and cover-ups. It wasn't like she didn't try, she just had issues with the stupid and ignorant. When she happened across these kinds of garbage her instincts would always scream at her to get them out of her sight by ANY means necessary! She made progress though going from killing about ten people a day (Okay MAYBE it wasn't ten a day but you get the point) to two people every third month. Progress right? (This is not including the murders her object of affection didn't know about!)
