Work is fine as usual. No one is dying, and the excavation is going well. We recently discovered some strange metallic artifact much to big for a human to hold and so we're currently searching for more. I let out a sigh of annoyance as my long hair whipped itself into my face with the wind. As I pulled it back there was a sound that was so faint I barely heard it. It was a slight warbling sound followed by a few hisses. Then I heard it a second time, but now even fainter. I looked to the men and could tell that they heard it too.
"Everybody clear out! Theres something here! Potentially a dangerous gas leak that we need to get away from!" I shouted to my fellow workers. They weren't soldiers, and I seriously didn't want to ignore the idea of it being some kind of gas weapon that we need to escape from. "Everybody! Grab a buddy and get out! We don't know what it is, so theres so risk taking here!" I once again called out and the men started to get moving. Most were jogging back to their cars, while others were running, and some were just walking. I stayed behind to check to make sure everyone was clear, but as I started jogging to my car, which was the only remaining car.

A robot with yellow and black paint came out of nowhere and slammed into it. He picked it up and swung it at a red robot that had just appeared from the woods. I finally started listening closely and heard many metallic clanks and sounds of splintering wood from the forest. The yellow bot transformed his forearms into guns and shot at the red one who rolled out of the way.
"Watch the paint job you glorified scrapheap!" The red bot yelled then charged towards the yellow one. A burly dark blue bot came crashing out of the wilderness followed by an equally burly green one that jumped down and slammed a mace hand onto his head. The blue one swung a hammer hand upwards and sent the green one crashing into the wall. But before he could capitalize a far leaner blue bot shot at him from the treeline causing him to stumble back. The greeny charged at the dark blue one with his mace, but the guy just had a shoulder mounted cannon fire at him. Unfortunately the green guy was fast enough to dodge... Causing that blast to blow apart the eock I had been hiding behind along with me. I slammed into another large rock nearby and felt several more heavy impacts burying me before I blacked out.
