My best friend's boyfriend is having a party and she wants me to come. But she knows I'm not much of a party person but since I love her I am going to the party. I got dressed and ready for the party. I told my best friend that I was ready and that she can come pick me up now. Once she got to my house I got into her car and she drove to the party. I started feeling super nervous because I have very bad social anxiety and I'm not good around a bunch of people especially when they are all crowding me and in one big pack of people. My best friend held my hand when we walked into the party and I felt a little less anxious but I still had nerves that were going crazy. So many people were coming into the house and they were walking around me or they were just surrounding me, I was very nervous and not liking it. I moved to somewhere where there were fewer people. But the whole house was pretty much full of people. I went into the living room and sat on the couch there were a few people there. One of the chairs had these people just straight up making out. It was gross. But I ignored it as best I could. The couch I sat on had a guy already sitting there but I sat away from him on the other side of the couch. Then the guy talked to me.
Jo: Hey, are you having fun?
Not really
Jo: Why not?
I'm not a big party person
Jo: Ahh makes sense, then why'd you come if you don't like parties
Because my best friend, her boyfriend is the host of this party
Jo: Well want me to get you something to drink at least
Sure mine as well try and have some fun
Jo: Damn right, I'll be back in a few

The guy was nice to talk to, he seemed pretty chill for the most part. He seemed a little out of it but that might just be from the alcohol. I sat on the couch waiting for the guy to come back with our drinks. While I was waiting I went on my phone and watched some TikTok for a little bit. Then like 10 minutes later the guy came back with our drinks. He sat next to me.
Jo: Sorry, the bar is full of people
That's okay
I tried the drink and wow it was powerful. It was good so I kept drinking it but I drank it slowly.
Jo: Do you not like it?
No, it's just I don't really drink either
Jo: Oh that might be the vodka that's in there
That's vodka?
Jo: Yeah and some other things

I put the drink down and I took a break from drinking it because I don't feel like having a hangover and having to throw up and have a headache. The guy wrapped his arm around the back of my neck. I tried not to tense up because I would look stupid if I tensed up. So I just went with the flow. The put his drink down on the table in front of us.
