Married Childhood Friends and Sweethearts

Eri's Rescue: Early (Details Below)

Hisashi Status: Divorce/Douche (Has to pay court mandated a child support and alimony)

UA Status: High School or University (don't matter); Dorms from the beginning

Bashing Level:

-Bakugo - High (Hilarious, Just Desserts, Lesson Learned)

-Mineta - High (Hilarious, Painful, eventually expelled)

-Monoma (Traitor/Spy) - Extreme (Hilarious, Painful, Arrested/Dead)

-Hisashi - Severe

Background/Premise/Details:

-After discovering that Izuku (age 5-6) has been bullied for being quirkless by Katsuki and the school doing nothing to stop it, Inko moves herself and Izuku to Mie Prefecture.

-In his new school Ochako is the only one to approach him and they hit it off becoming inseparable.  Their feelings peaking with Izuku getting her pregnant before UA.

-When they meet All Might (who is assisting Nighteye against the Yakuza), either Ochako is getting close to her due date and they're out on a date or has already given birth (baby gender up to you) and they're out as a family.

-Little Eri (age 4) runs into them as while running away from Overhaul.  All Might Rescues them from the Yakuza Boss

-Overhaul gets away, killed, or arrested (if he escapes the Midoriyas and Urarakas are placed in witness protection)

-Eri gets adopted by the young couple

-After a bit of talking about quirks, All Might decides to train Izuku to inherit OFA and help the young couple get married early and adopt Eri

-Ochako joins in the training; if still pregnant All Might postpones training till she has given birth

-After a little training Eri fixes up All Might

-Optional second pregnancy for Ochako while still in school but later (like around the same time as the License exam)

-All Might and Inko secretly date for a while before telling Izuku then marry before the end of first year

-Baby sibling for Izuku optional

X-X-X-X-X

At UA:

-At the entrance exam Izuku beats Bakugo's score

-Izuku stads up to Bakugo and doesn't take anymore shit from him

-Izuku and Ochako have matching hero costumes

-Battle Training and USJ stay as Canon as possible (parents watching kids)

-Izuku wins sports festival

-Izuku's hero name is not 'Deku'

-Gran Torino internship is optional, but izuku still saves Iida

-Stain kills Shigaraki (or at least removes one of his arms with no hope of reattachment)

-All Might Kills AFO during Bakugo Rescue

-If Shigaraki is still alive, he and the LOV are dealt with not long after Overhaul is killed

-Eri get a bedroom next to her parents at the dorm

-Once the dorms are built, since they're still in witness protection inko and the Urarakas move into UA as well (the Urarakas to help with maintenance assisting Cementoss and Power Loader, and Inko being a registered nurse and a housewife assists Recovery Girl and Lunch Rush)

-Some time after Kamino Fugitive-Overhaul attempts to kidnap Eri and is killed by Izuku in an Angry-Father type of rage (or by Nezu in a comedic type of way)

-Himiko arrested and placed in UA Rehabilitation Program then Gen-Ed; she wants to have Izuku's baby; Izuku, after some back and forth (and a signed contract[Izuku does not have to pay child support]), agrees not through sex but IVF; Process takes place during third year; After graduation a visibly pregnant Himiko disappears and later to be found years later living and working honestly (child's gender and quirk, and her job/career up to you)

NOTE: If you write lemons than try to make them as lengthy, passionate and steamy as possible (And Izuku has a Big Dick (BIGGER than average), enough stamina to go at it all night if possible, and when using OFA during sex sperm production goes into overdrive for multiple high-volume creampies)

I Know there is a lot of detail, but there is still so much for you to come up with and to change from CANON, like the entrance exam, the second event and Izuku's conversation with Endeavor during the sports festival.  Plus what events and action lead up to events detailed for the challenge and all the in-betweens.  There are also the challenges and misadventures of Izuku and Ochako being young parents of two children while still going to school.  And even if you don't choose this challenge there is still others to choose from.
