The real theory of "New students at Kangei sa renai High"
Well at least this was my own meaning before i made the story.

About the school name
Kangei sa renai High was not named like that it was named Kangei High cause the principal liked japanese students so he tried to make japanese students join this school by naming the school "kangei" as "welcomed" in japanese but that principal siao siao he didn't take care of the school at all he didn't care if students were bullied. So the bullies of this school take it as the principal supports bullying :D Sooo after the first incident by the bullied girl the girl changed the school name into "Kangei sa renai" as "Not welcomed" in japanese.
About the bouquet of fresh flowers in the hallway
Due to that, the first transferred japanese student got bullied since she transferred on the principal's bd and the bullies take it as sth like a "punch bag gift" so they constantly bullied the girl and this is connected to the bouquet of flowers: The hallway only had one bouquet of fresh flowers. Why did Jina saw so many? It was the ghost doing, she made Jina walk in a loop. And the bouquet of flowers represents the bullied girl, so pure and innocent but trapped in a loop of darkness, in a loop where she can reach up to no one, a loop of despair and loneliness...
Who knows about the incident?
About who knows this incident... only all the students in the school knew, the newer principal and the teachers and every people didn't know about this and it's cause of the ghost doings, I would like to call this ghost "Kangei sa renai sama" XD anyways, this point is actually ald mention out in one of the paragraph in the second newspaper where the investigator said "Silly boy, this is the first news your school has ever got" Ohw and before the 2nd newspaper there's ald a lot of this same incident happen and that's how the students ald knew. This is also the doings of the spirit, she made it that almost every student that transferred to that school will transfer around Aug 25.
About the mountain of newspapers
The newspapers are collections of how much students the spirit hung in the classroom and transfer students that disappeared. About how Jina got the newspapers, there could be different reasons based on how you wanna see it. First it flew there because there were so many newspapers. Second, it could be the ghost trying to lure Jina into a trap. Third, that spot was the fav spot of the spirit and she read the newspapers there. So after the ghost saw Jina reading it she decided to let her read it but blow away the newspaper to where it came from right before Jina read the juiciness.
About how Jina was sure she was the last incident
Well duh one year only have one aug 25 and she's the last incident before the next incident. She's not the last last but the last time last incident if you get what I mean.
About what happened to the principal (answering this cause some people seem to rlly like the principal)
He ded and he took care of the toothbrush murderer before he ded and after he retires from the highschool (this was not part of the story lmao XD) n he's basically just a cold hearted person that has an obsession with Japaneses.
About 歓迎されない
It's pronounced as Kangei sa renai as yall edi know it means not welcomed. And the reason why the spirit kept saying it was cause she was not welcomed to the school.
