"I'm running low on my energy. I ran as far as I could. I don't know where I am."
I made it. I'm okay! I have an injury on my leg, but it didn't bother me enough to keep me from running. I think I've lost it. But, I've lost where I am too. What if my family goes back for me and they don't find me there? What would I do... With so many thoughts running through my mind, I'd forgotten the fact that I was lightheaded and in need of food. I passed out and woke up covered in dirt, lying down on a futon.
"WHERE THE HELL AM I!?", I yelled.
"Cool down...", someone shouted from the other room.
They walked in. I was surprised because she looked around my age. I sat up, still shaken by how I got here.
"Hi, My name is Autumn!", the girl said.
She was a cute girl, light-skinned with curly ginger braids and freckles. She also wore circular glasses. She really reminded me of the season.
"Like the season?", I said
"Exactly like the season", Autumn said, "What's your name?"
"Saturn..." I mumbled.
"Saturn? Like the planet Saturn..?"
"Yep, so where exactly are we..?"
She explained how I ended up in her place. I was confused about how her area was so silent. Where I was hiding out it was blatantly terrifying. After she explained everything she told me that she was almost the same age as I am, she's 13 and I'm 14. She actually had a pretty filled kitchen and we ate a lot. But, I noticed that she was the only one at home.
"So, where's everyone else?", I asked her.
