Terra, June 15, 2013. The Ionia 63 wreckage, March 18, 3015. The Ionia 63 was a small ship, the exact reason that there wasn't the best scientists and astronauts on board. Maybe that would have prevented the disaster from 20 years ago on this very day.

Terra, June 15, 1993. The Ionia 63, March 18, 2095. "Mission report, landing on the green planet in T-minus 5 minutes." the pilot spoke over the intercom.

"Affirmative," Minerva replied "Crew prepare for landing."

Suddenly the alarm sounded "Alert! Alert! Approaching object! Alert Alert!"

The alarm had an artificial voice. Minerva's dad had built the entire ship. But he had spent the longest time on the alarm, making it sound as close to her mother's voice as possible, so at least if there was an unescapable emergency, she could hear a familiar voice before Minerva died.

Minerva ran up to the pilot, "Can we avoid it?" she shouted.

"We're going too fast," the pilot replied, "We're going to be hit, drifting through space before we hit a planet, just like Titanic."

"You're hopeless." Minerva said.

"Alert! Alert! Impact in T-minus 60 seconds! Alert! Alert!"

Minerva could now clearly see a glowing object, roughly the size of the moon. An asteroid. There was nothing stopping it now.

"Impact in T-minus 30 seconds." the alarm started counting down.

"There has to be something we can do!" Minerva screamed at the pilot.

"I'm sorry Minerva," the pilot said sadly, "We're too late."

"Impact in T-minus 3, 2, 1,"

Then everything went black...
