A new day awoke, Celine, woke up and went to Charlie's room to wake her up, she knocked on Charlie's room door and slowly opened it ''Charlie, dear it's time for making cappuccino'' Celine said standing at the door ''Okay, mother'' Charlie said in a sleepy voice ''Meet me in the kitchen when your done getting ready'' ''Okay, mother'' Charlie replied getting out of her bed that looked like it was going to fall apart any second. A few minutes passed and Charlie finished taking a bath, she decided to wear one of the dresses her mother had given her she decided to wear the yellow floral dress her mother had seen her in. Charlie then went to the kitchen where her mother told her to find her, she found her mother removing bowls and pots from the cabinets ''Mother, I am here'' Charlie said ''It looks like you like your dress'' ''Yes I do'' Charlie replied with a big smile on her face ''what are we doing first, mother?'' Charlie continued ''We are going to first boil the milk'' Celine replied while lighting the stove ''Okay, mother'' Charlie replied putting the milk from the bucket into a pot she waited for her mother to finish lighting the stove, she then placed the pot of milk on the lighting stove and waited for her mother to tell her the next thing to do while the milk was cooking. ''Mother, what else should I do?'' Charlie asked Celine, ''You should grind the coffee in that bowl'' Celine said pointing at a plastic blue bowl that had cracks on it, ''Okay, mother'' Charlie said as she went closer to the cabinet where the blue bowl was ''Mother, what am I going to use to grind the coffee?'' Charlie asked her mother ''There is a grinding stone and a wooden bowl in the cabinet, you can use that'' Celine said ''Okay, mother'' Charlie said looking inside the cabinet for the grinding stone and the wooden bowl when she found the grinding stone and the wooden bowl, she put them on the floor and sat down, she then started grinding the coffee beans while her mother was preparing the cups they would serve the cappuccino in. By the time Charlie finished grinding the coffee beans, the milk was ready. So, Celine told Charlie to remove the pot of milk from the stove. ''You can add three pinches of ground coffee in the milk, Charlie then added the three pinches that her mother had told her to add to the milk ''Mother, I have finished adding the pinches you told me to add'' Charlie said. "Okay, have this bottle and use it to make foam in the milk", Celine said giving Charlie a metallic bottle, "Mother, how do I make the foam?" "You're going to tell pour the milk into that bottle and begin shaking it, that is how you form the foam from the milk" Celine replied. "Okay, mother " Charlie replied. "You'll need this cloth so the bottle doesn't burn you since it's metallic," Celine said giving Charlie a thick cream towel that was once white. Charlie poured hot milk into the metallic bottle, held it with the thick towel her mother gave her and began shaking the bottle. After some time, Charlie poured the milk into the pot in which the milk was before, "The milk had formed a foamy substance on top of it, the cappuccino was finally ready. "Mother, I have finished shaking the milk" "Okay, darling you can take it to the table outside" Celine replied, Charlie took the pot of milk to the table outside. She placed the pot on the table and hurriedly went back to the kitchen where her mother was, "Mother, I am done" Charlie said excitedly" " Okay, Okay calm down Charlie" Celine said "help me take these cups then maybe we can start selling the cappuccino" Celine continued " Yes! Finally" Charlie said carrying some cups in her hands, they both went outside and put the cups on top of the table and Celine poured the hot cappuccino into every cup. After pouring the cappuccino, Celine placed the pot down on the ground "Okay, now we have to wait for the scent to flow for people to smell it for them to come and buy the cappuccino" Celine said in a very calm voice "Mother, is that something your mother said when you were making cappuccino with her?" Charlie asked Celine "Yes, how did you know?" "I don't know it just came to my mind" Charlie replied. Some minutes passed by when Charlie and Celine heard Lois crying from the house, "Someone's awake" Celine said going back inside the house "I'll stay here and wait for customers to come" Charlie said "Sure, dear" Celine replied, she went to Lois' bedroom and carried her from her crib, placed her on the old mat that was on the ground and checked her nappy to see if it was full. "Looks like someone has filled up her nappy with pee," Celine said undressing the full nappy from Lois. After changing her baby's nappy, Celine carried Lois and headed to the living room
