The Lovers Upright(Julian Devorak x Reader)

When you wake up the next morning, your fiancé is by side still asleep. You kiss his forehead and get ready in a comfortable outfit and head to meet Portia at her cottage. Once you get there you are welcomed by Pepi and Portia herself.
You sit down at the table and Portia puts a glass of iced tea in front of you.
"So,you want my help?"
"Yes"
"With what exactly"
"Me and Julians wedding"
"Well obviously but what exactly"
"I wanted your opinion on a few things"
You and Portia are talking about this when there is a knock on the door.
"Hm, I want expecting anyone, sorry give me just a second" She walks over to the door and looks out the Peephole to see none other than Julian.
"Ilya?" She opens the door a little to just poke her eyes out.
"Good-morning Pasha! I was wondering if I could come in and talk with you for a bit".
She looks back at you
"Um...im a little busy right now,your gonna have to come back later" she says a bit slow
"Oh no worries, I'll be off to see Mazelinka do you need me to get anything while im out"
"No".

Once Julian has left you get back to your conversation.
"I want to have our wedding in the palace garden, and I was wondering if you could ask Julian if he would like that but don't bring up it was my idea. And if he likes it can you ask Nadia if she would be fine with that."

"Of course I can! Is there anything else"

"I was wondering if you think I should host our honeymoon at Nevivon"

"I think that would be lovely"

It's good to have Portia help you with these things. After you finish this conversation you head off back to your shop, you are also hand making the rings for the wedding.

Portias POV
I wait at my cottage for Ilya to arrive , just as I finish brushing Pepi I hear a knock at my door. I answer the door and it's my brother.
"Come in!" I say as I fully open the door.
"Thank you Pasha, now I wanted to talk to you about my wedding"

It seems both of them are worried about the wedding.

"I'm willing to help" I say as I fill up Pepis food and water bowl.

"I wanted to have the honeymoon at Nevivon, and I wanted to ask you if you would talk to (y/n) and see if they'd be fine with that"

"Ilyushka, they will be fine with anything, you just need to talk to them about it and don't stress about asking. I know it's easier said than done but you need to talk to them about it."

"I know I know, I just want to make sure that is something they would actually enjoy."

"I know that Ilya, now do you still want to have the wedding in the palace garden because (y/n) was talking about places you could have the wedding and if you still want it there I think you should talk to them about it"

I've always been good at convincing my brother to do things he's nervous about.

"That's true, I will talk to them about it tonight once I return back to the shop, also I had another question, do you know if I can bring an animal back from the dead without a major sacrifice."

"First of all, I don't know that. Secondly, who are you thinking about bring back"

"Oh no one"

I think I know who but I just want to know, I think it might be Brundle.

"Ask Asra he might know"

Julians POV
As I left Pashas I make my way to the room where Asra is staying in the castle to ask them my question. I want to bring brundle back as a wedding gift for (y/n). They don't remember her so I want them to create new memories with her. I also want her to be immortal.

I knock on the door of Asras room.

"It's Ilya can I come in, I want to ask you something?"

"Come in"

I walk Into The room and sit on the edge of their bed.

"This may be a very dumb question but, I was wondering if I could bring back a dead animal for a low cost."

"It depends, but if  you are trying to bring back a dead pet it can cost anywhere from a blood sacrifice to death."

"I want to bring back brundle, you know, the old shop dog"

"That might cost something. If you just want to bring back a ghost of her it won't cost much. If you want to bring her back and keep her her forever it would cost a lot"

"How much would it cost"

"I can't tell you because it's dangerous"

"I understand"

I wish that I could bring her back but I can't.

"Maybe I could just get  a new dog that looks like her and name her Brundle "

"That could be cute, I'd say you should do that"

As I finished up my conversation with Asra I soon left and headed back to the shop, once I returned back to the shop I draw a sketch of Brundle and write down many things about her appearance and her breed.
