I BELIEVE IN US

•Author's POV•

•Juda and Suzy got relieved looking at you and went away•

•Jungkook was just standing still and was glaring at you•

•You felt scared but you thought that you didn't do anything wrong so there is no need to be scared of•

Y/n: Jungkook, what happened?

•Jungkook didn't said anything he was standing still looking at you•

Y/n: (gulped) you-you wrote that You will come in two days, that meant tomorrow, you are here today...Is your work done?

•He still didn't said anything but started taking steps towards you and you don't know why you started shivering•

•Jungkook came in front of you and suddenly grabbed your shoulders not hardly but also not softly. You startled and winced a little.

Jungkook: where.were.you?

•You didn't said anything, you were focusing on removing his hands from your shoulder•

Jungkook: I asked WHERE WERE YOU?

•He yelled, you flinched and stopped•

Y/n: I was in-in the store room, I didn't kno-know when I slept there...

•You said while trembling•

Jungkook: (deep sigh) do you have any idea how much I was tensed

Jungkook: HOW MUCH I WAS WORRIED, HOW MUCH I CONTROLLED FOR LOOSING MY MIND. HUH, WHY DIDNT YOU TOLD SUZY OR JUDA ABOUT GOING THERE. WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME THIS WORRIED.

•Jungkook was really worried but glad that you were safe but he was yelling at you which was more like scolding for not telling anyone and making everyone worried he wasn't going to hurt you or anything but you started shaking•

•Its wasn't scolding for you. While scolding, Jungkook didn't noticed that it was affecting you. you started getting flashbacks of the incident which still haunts you in your dreams•

•You weren't able to take it and you fainted.

•As soon as you fainted Jungkook realised what he did, he panicked and called your name out but you weren't waking up. Now he was shaking, he picked you up and took you to his room and laid you down on bed. He tried to wake you up but you didn't. He immediately called the doctor•

•Doctor came and checked you up.
Doctor told Jungkook that you fainted because you were weak. Emotionally and mentally. He told that you were suffering from a tr@um@ which can be cured with patience and love. Jungkook just need to be patience and understanding. Jungkook should be soft whenever he talks to you•

•After prescribing few medicines Doctor left leaving Jungkook regretting all his actions•

Jk: she was finally opening up to me but now, what have I done.

•He started scolding himself. Doctor told him that you might wake up next day if you didn't wake up in few minutes•

•Jungkook didn't ate his dinner and slept while holding you close•

•Next day•

•You were sleeping restlessly. Flashback of that incident and of yesterday started flashing in your head. You started breathing heavily. Soon you woke up•

•You got relaxed after few minutes, you slowly sat up. You were alone in the room, Soon the room's door opened and Jungkook walked in. You looked down as you didn't wanted to see him•

Jungkook: (walking towards you) Y/n

•He said softly as he could
He reached near you•

•He was about to touch your head to check your health but you pushed yourself back immediately still not looking at him. Obviously it broke his heart but he tries to do what doctor had said•

Jungkook: I'm sorry Y/n...for everything. I was just worried but I will never scold you like that, you have my word. I promise

•You didn't said anything, Jungkook remembered that he have to be patient, he tried to change topic and said•

Jungkook : Come on lets go and get fresh and have your breakfast. Okay. I'm waiting downstairs

•Jungkook waited for your response but no luck, he sighed and left•

•You listened to his every word and understood his feelings but the fear in you was still there which was getting in between you and Jungkook•

•Time Skip•
•One week later•

•Things got bad again. You were still avoiding him. He started to sleep in different room to give you some space, privacy and time. Jungkook was trying really hard to make things good again. He started to feel that it all started all over again. Finally you were getting comfortable but now you won't even look at him•

•Jungkook was getting hurt but he knew that he had to make you comfortable and happy and fearless again. He really hate it when he see fear in your eyes•

•At noon•

•Jungkook was in the living room, since that incident Jungkook tried to stay with you at home. Jungkook was talking to someone on phone. You came out of your room and saw him, you slowly went towards him but he wasn't able to see you because his back was facing you•

•You waited and Jungkook cut his call and turned around. He was little bit surprised as you were only avoiding him but now you were standing in front of him•

Jungkook: Y/n, Is everything ok, you need something

•You still avoided eye contact and said•

Y/n: I.... actually want to ask..... you something.
Jungkook: yes. ask me.

Y/n: can I.... go.... and meet my parents??
Jungkook: oh.. okay. Let me ask Judy's help to pack our bags and we will leave to-
Y/n: I want to go alone

•You said it in one go. And then you looked into his eyes. His eyes were hurt but he tried to hide it. You also felt bad but you needed some time•

•You would feel okay if Jungkook would go to his work but staying with you 24 hours after that incident was making you to move on from the incident slowly. So to move on faster you needed a proper space•

•That's why you said that you wanted to go and meet your parents. You will spend some quality time with them and till then you know that you will get comfortable again with Jungkook. All you need was some time and space, which Jungkook thought he was giving you•

Jungkook: okay. I will ask Judy to pack your bags. How long you want to stay there.
Y/n: (mumbled) I don't know

Jungkook: you can stay as long you want because I know one day you will come back to me

•You looked at him as he continued•

Jungkook: because I believe in us.

•With that Jungkook left to book a ticket for you•
