It was 1am in NYC but where David (the director) was it was only it was 10pm. You had been waiting almost all day for a call from the director of "boys of summer" to tell you if you got the part you auditioned for in the movie. You and Becca were watching y/f/m (your fav movie) and about halfway through the movie your phone starts ringing. "OH MY GOD BECCA ITS DAVID HENRIE!!!!" You walk away to go answer the phone then you answered the phone

"Yes this is her" 
"perfect because you got the part"
"Thank you so so so much can I post that I got the role or no?"
" You can post that u got a role in a movie but you can't say what movie also we start filming on December 5th 2021 so in about 2 weeks"
"Okay thank you so much see you in 2 weeks"

You run back into the room Becca was in and tell her you got the part then you call your mom and tell her and she's so excited for you . Your mom has always been supportive of what you do but she's never really around cus she's always in another state working and your dad left when you were about 4 (your 14) and Becca was 3(she's 13) so you don't talk to him.

Now that you told your family you go into your room and go on to Instagram you see that an a private account followed you called boysofsummermovie so you follow them back and go on to there following and there following the main cast so you go through and follow everyone and realize a username, The name was MasonThamesofficial you realized he played in the movie your sister Becca was staring in (the black phone) so you follow the rest of the cast then go live to tell all your followers that you got a part in a movie you told them you had auditioned for.

You click start live and you tell all your fans who were joining you got the part in the movie, But as you were talking you looked at your chat and they were talking about how mason had joined your live.

All of your chat was saying you should invite him to go live with you so you did and he excepted the request so now you guys were live together. You both told each other congratulations on getting in the movie. This wasn't the first time you guys had ever talked because Becca you went on set of tbp sometimes so you guys had talked alittle but barley knew each other.

"Mason wanna play a game to get to know each other better?"
"Sure what do you wanna play"
"Let's play 20 questions?"

It was just little questions and games like these that we were playing. It felt like it was only like 20-30 mins of playing games and talking about just random stuff but turns out it had been 4 hours.

"Oh my God mas it's already 5am for me I need to be going to bed"
In your head- OMG I did not just call him mas
"Okay good night y/n I'll talk to you later"
Okay good night guys, good night mason love y'all".

You ended the live and just sat there for a minute realizing that you just called mason mas. You guys had just barely started being friends and your already calling him Nick names. While laying there you ended up falling asleep.

                             Mason's pov

We had just ended the live and I had realized what y/n said to me. She called me mas, no one calls me that anymore. I used to get called that when I was younger and normally when people say it to me now I didn't like it to much but when she said it idk it felt normal.

A/n: I'm sorry if this story is bad I've never wrote a story before also I'm gonna try and update everyday but that might be hard cus school so I'm gonna update as much as I can. Can y'all leave a comment saying if this is good or not cus I have a feeling it's kinda bad
