"If i tell you something you'll promise you'll tell the truth?" Said hermione.

Draco took his eyes off the fire and was now looking at hermione with a curious and a little bit frightened look. He was thinking what hermione would ask him. Would it be when pansy and him were talking in private? Or was it something else? Draco was thinking anything that hermione wanted to ask but there was so much things that she could possibly wanted to talk about.

"Will you?" Hermione look at draco with a bit sadness.

"Yes, i will. Tell me what did you want to tell me?" Said draco who was a bit nervous.

"Are you...are you involve with the death eaters and everything?"

Draco lost it he didn't want to lie to hermione but he had to. He had a choice, to tell the truth and then watch hermione break down later or lie and carry the guilt.

"No, why are you asking me about this all of the sudden hermione?"

"I was wondering because...because harry and ron think you're up to something. You attend to be late for lunch and classes and...and i don't know draco tell me the truth."

"I'm not involve with bellatrix and the death eaters i will never join them ever again."

"Can you explain something to me then? When me and ron were fighting we heard you talking to someone about bellatrix."

"Hermione it's--"

"No draco! I need to know now tell me now or else I'll walk out of here and never return."

"C'mon Hermione we know you're not gonna do that."

"You don't think I'll walk out, fine." Hermione got up and headed to the door.

"Wait! Alright I'll tell you." Draco got up trying to stop hermione. Hermione turned around and walk to draco waiting for an answer.

"Well? Tell me."

"I was talking to pansy." Draco sigh. "She told me i was still a death eater and wanted me to join bellatrix side. I said no i didn't want to make the same mistake...i love you hermione. I wouldn't do this kind of stuff anymore I'm done with the dark stuff."

"I love you too." Hermione wrap her arms around draco and peak her lips on draco's.

An owl flew to a window tapping it's beak trying to get their attention.

"It's an owl--it's ginny's wonder what she wants?" Said hermione, picking up the letter that was attached to it's ankle. "It's for both of us."

Dear draco and hermione

I want to talk to you both-well me and harry want to talk to you meet us at the broomsticks by one.

"What did she said?"

"She wants to meet us at the broomsticks at one with harry."

"Well, that's settles then, tomorrow?"

"Yeah."

Draco nodded. After a short silence hermione head back to her room finishing her homework while draco layed  on his bed looking at the ceiling.
While staring at the ceiling draco heard a tapping noise coming from the window. Draco stood up and saw professor dumbledore fawke tapping it's beak on the window, draco walk over to the window retrieving a letter that was attach to the fawke ankle.
