You waited in his room for him to get done, when, at some point, you got hungry. So, you went downstairs to grab a snack, when you passed the bathroom and heard singing. Correction: him singing. You leaned your ear against the door, curious, and heard him singing that. When he got out, you teased him ENDLESSLY, but you eventually grew close to it.

 One time, y'all were at the comic book store, just browsing. When opening a comic that looked cool to you, the song started to come on over the speakers. You didn't pay much attention to it, but Lucas started humming as soon as the lyrics started. You gazed up and laughed at him, surprised he paid that much attention to it. Well, now that you knew he at least liked the song, you played it a lot whenever he was around.

 You'd liked the song ever since it was released, and when Dustin came over, he'd often hear you listening to that song. One of the first songs she heard once she escaped the lab was this. When she started to learn English, she heard it again, and now that she knew the lyrics, liked it. One time, she was at your house, and she started to hum it. You looked at her and asked, "You like that song?"

She nodded, and kept humming. Little by little, she started to learn the words, and you played it for her whenever she wanted. It was your thing to just vibe to it when she came over.

It was funny, actually, because when you first started dating, she heard this song. It reminded her of you way too much. You actually knew the song, so when she played it, you bonded over it instantly.

You liked the instrumental and the guitar and all of that. So, one day when Eddie was playing guitar for you at his trailer, he started playing it, and you mentioned you kind of liked that song. So, after that, he played it as much as he could, and it was always like a gift for you.
