You and Cas had finally got to settle in your own home. Though you were going to miss living with the boys, you were excited and so was Cas.
You were unpacking some of your clothes when you noticed Cas standing in the doorway, and he wasn't alone. In his hands was a white kitten with black paws and the tip of its tail black.
Your first response was an "Awww."
Cas smiled at your response.
"Oh my gosh, Cas. You got a kitten!"
"I found it on the side of the rode, and I thought that we could have an extra member of the family."
"Can I hold her?"
"Actually, it's a boy but sure." Cas handed you the ball of fluff. It started to meow and purr.
"Well, if we're gonna keep him then we gotta get some supplies." You told Cas while petting the kitty.
"what do you wanna name him," you asked.
"But it's a cat. Why must we name him?"
"Because he's part of the family now."
You set the kitten down and let it play. He started pricking at the carpet. What a misfit. You thought. That's it!
"I think we should call him Misfit." He smiled his smile that could always make your day better.
"I like it."
