chapter 1
Me and Olivia running as fast as we could down dark alley ways trying to find a way out. Olivia reached for my hand, my grip tightened to her smaller hand knowing that I cant lose another sibling. we finally found a street that wasn't infested with zombies. we quickly remover around the bodys all over the street. I approched a abandoned clothing store. "Fuck" slipped through my parted lips knowing that the zombies where hot on our heels.
"Payton" Olivia quietly whispered
"there close we have to go" she said with fear in her voice
I quickly search the area for a way out of this situation, I found another door into the store. I tugged the door open just when I thought we were safe, a flesh head grabs Olivia's arm. i drifted into thoughts knowing that this can't happen again, when I heard olivia scream and call my name. I broke out of my train of thought and reacted, I couldn't let her die no not my sister so I reached for something any thing, I don't know what I grabed but I hit the zombie outside the head repeatedly. Olivia got lose and was able to back away.
Olivia crouches down beside a garbage bin after I was down with the zombie I crouched down beside her,trying to comfort my sister and knowing what could happen to us if we stayed in this spot any longer. I heard foot steps coming close to us, I closed my eyes and waited for the time to come.
"What are you doing are you crazy get up now there coming" I looked up and I noticed that we were not the only survivers Olivia and I are not the only survivers.
The stranger helped us up and guided us through the store, the exact same store we were trying to get into moments before. Olivia was still gripping my hand, we walked into the main part of the store there were others there was a family of three and some other kids around our age.
Olivia loosened her grip on my hand before she when looking for some new pant because hers were ripped.
"Hello" a boy my age said
"I'm harry whats your's"
"Payton" I sighed
"well welcome to base I'm glad theres someone around my age here now"

we heard screaming outside and sent Mich to go take a look, when he came back he had two girls close behind him. one really caught my eye. She has dark brown hair that lays just below her shoulders and dark brown eyes. I don't know what it is but I think I'm falling for someone I haven't even meet yet. So I decided to approch her my heart was beating a mile a minute, What do I say.. God how does a person I haven't meet yet have this affect on me.
