Chapter Four: Catching Up

'Being alone is devastating,that's why we've got friends to cheer you up...even if sometimes they get a bit of annoying.
Plus there are perks of being in that relationship that you get to be catched whenever you fall,you get to be pulled into the light when things go dark and someone is sure to hold your hand when things go bad.'

Then i turn around to see my people.

'Leaaa!!!!!bakla namiss kita!!'-vice

patakbo si vice na pumunta sakin para yumakap.

'paano di mo ko mamimis eh nung umalis ako wala ka dito nasa dubai ka para sa concert mo...'-lea

'Yung pag ganap mo as Fantine napanuod ko sa youtube,gaganda ng mga reviews!congrats Lei!!!'-Dawn

'teka bago ang maraming chika sino yung boylet na nag hatid sayo?mukhang gwapo'-vice

'paano mo nasabing gwapo eh may takip ang mukha,nakahelmet yun teh! at di ko kilala yun naki angkas lang ako wala kasi ang sasakyan na kay Gerard kaya nagbus ako then naflat yung gulong kaya,i ask that man a favor babayaran ko nga sana di naman tinanggap'-lea

'kaloka ka sumama ka sa hindi mo kilala?eh kung san ka dinala nun,pwede ka naman magpasundo samin..'-sermon ni vice

'ano ba naman kayo,The old Lea na mahina is long gone,sipain ko kaya mukha nya kung nagtangka sya ng masama...kaya let's not spoil the night,kumain na kaya tayo...gutom nako'-lea

We then went to a korean resto para kumain,nabusog ako sobra,tapos pumunta na ng valkyrie,kasama din namin si Richard five years na sila ni Dawn at may bagong addition sa grupo si Ariel exclusively dating daw ang status nila ni Agot,parang okay naman sya mabait din naman nakakasabay din sa mga kalokohan lalo ni Vice,si kris nasa 3 year relationship din kay Robin kaso wala dito ngayon sa bansa nasa Belgium, businessman kasi, pero pag kompleto kami travel ang bonding namin,last na byahe namin nung last year pa sa Batanes minsan sinasama ko si Gerard lalo pag walang gig or concert,pero madalas na kasama ko si mama beth.

Si mama beth i guess is my mother from my past life,wala eh,wala akong maipintas sa kanya lalo sa pagpapalaki sakin,yes you read it right sya na halos nagpalaki sakin dahil dad was not around most of the time dahil sa bunganga ni mom.Mama beth is the coolest person ever!!!she played video games,yup at 50 she plays video games on my xbox,has instagram,twitter,tumblr and fb accounts.,minsan nga when i was in new york nagmamadali syang mag out kme sa skype kasi mag vivideo call ang mga kaibigan nyang nakilala sa online gaming na DOTA at LOL.

Astig right?and she's the only person na nakakapagpasaya sakin sa mga oras na malungkot ako.She supported me sa bawat desisyon ko sa buhay,once i tried taekwondo and broke my hips and said 'okay lang yan,at least nadiscover mo na di ka pwede sa karate',

Then last year i got a dog and ended up getting bitten by it and she said 'okay lang yan at least nalaman nating di lahat ng aso eh man's bestfriend' lahat ng bagay parang madali when it comes to her,that there's always a bright side sa kahit anong bagay,and yes i learned quite a lot and yup you may say i am real spoiled but i'm proud of the fact that i have her as my mama she's a bad-ass,and she's hard-core and so am i.

So we then went to Valkyrie..
the place is huge,it's past 12 and were on the booze.

'Dawn,sa condo ka uuwi mamaya?sama ako sayo ha dun ako matutulog'-Lea

'hala!!patay,punta kami ni chard sa ilocos mga 3am kasi bithday ni Pao,yung kapatid nya alala mo?-dawn

'oo nga pala,sige i'll just take a cab mamaya,ayoko naman sa bahay ni krissy at baka malunod pako sa mga heart decorations nya'-lea

'ang bitter mo!!!!hahaha'-dawn

'ay nako let's just drink and have some fun!!!'-lea

I felt strange,.it seems like someone is staring at me,and i looked around...i saw him but can't see his features coz it's madilim,at the bar counter looking at my direction,i was about to make sugod dahil i'm kinda inis that he's watching me.,but he then stood up and left.

we ignored it and we danced until we can't feel our feet anymore.It's 1am and vice and k headed home dahil sa guesting at taping nila by 10 in the morning the next day,si kris naman 12mn palang tinatawagan na ni Robin na umuwi na at sya pa ang susundo sa airport kinabukasan pagdating ni robin galing abroad.

Kinulit namin sila punta kaming Zubic for a quick travel since medyo busy kame but we need to catch up.

Richard and dawn bade goodbye coz they have to get to Ilocos early,and so i was the only one left.I went to the counter and ordered a shot of tequila before i go.

I stood at the sidewalk,dizzy with an urge to puke. Nasuka ako,can u imagine it?and it's nakakahiya.and then...

'here...'-he handed me his handkerchief

i didn't bother to look and took it to wipe my lips,but nagulat ako when i turned around.

'oh it's you,bakit ka pakalatkalat'-lea

'ikaw nga to ang pakalat kalat sa kalsada,una dun sa edsa tapos dito sa sidewalk'-he

'then why do you have to stop and go near me?'-lea

'kasi naaawa ako sayo,all these years you never changed..'-he,with his helmet on

'wait.,what??anong pinagsasabi mo?do i know you?and bakit ka maaawa sakin?gusto mong masipa sa mukha?ha?!why don't you remove that damn helmet out of your head so that i could see your face..!!!'-lea,medyo...i mean Galit na

'of course you know me,.but wait mamaya ko na to huhubarin ang helmet ko...'-he

'but why?'-lea

'pinoprotektahan lang kita...at baka bigla kang magkagusto sakin pag nakita mo ang napakagwapo kong mukha...and you're drunk...so hop in and let's go may papakita ako sayo...'he

'tss...yabang.....ang arte mo!'-lea

Umangkas ako ng motor nya,di ko alam kung ano ang pumasok sa isip ko.
We hit the road,lintik naman ang bilis nito magpatakbo ng motor.But what startles me.'..we parked outside Ateneo.

I don't know why sumama pako sa kanya,pero parang ang saya....memories!!!God!!!i miss this!

Mag aalas kwatro na pero pinapasok kme ng guard,.Nagtaka ako kasi ang init-init pero naka racing outfit parin sya,at bakit dito nya ko dinala?nakapagtataka.

We are climbing the stairs 2nd floor...3rd floor...and my heart starts to pound real fast..ang 4th floor..huminto ako at napatingin sa kanya...inabot naman nya ang kamay ko...

'tara na malapit na tayo,di ka naman mataba para hingalin ka diba?'-he

'alam mo para kang ga*o!! di naman ako huminto dahil hinihingal ako......(long silence) umm...may tanong ako...bakit tayo pumunta dito?'-lea

'You asked if kilala mo ba ako...kaya gusto ko ipaalala sayo'-he

I got a hint,pero gusto ko makasigurado..ayoko mag mukhang tanga.So i kept on walking,habang papalapit sa itim na pinto...parang di ako makahinga...i went in...my little theater...it never changed,i explored it and it is still the same..nakita ko ang keyboard na nakastock lang dati dito na inayos ko...i played it,yung mga alaala kusang bumabalik...the stage is still there.

The chairs..the old curtains'..very,intensely nostalgic.I closed my eyes once more and when i looked back...i saw him,the helmet is off.

It's HIM really him!

and so i ran...hugged him,and kissed him so deep that he responded...until were running out of breaths.

a/n:Pasensya sa nakakaloka at pabitin na update…but tonight i'll be having a new update para naman di kayo ma over sa pag hahantay…
