They had been told Nesi died from an attack on the tower from Hela. Frigga felt guilty for locking up her daughter-figure. Nesi was only 7 at this time.
Nesi is 1,428 years younger than Thor and Loki, she was the last born of the Odinson family. Frigga was not her bio mother. she has the power to control the cold, snow, ice, water and has magic like Loki. Her birthday is 19th December 1912. She's the goddess of coldness.
Odin always treated her differently, he thought she didn't have a place in this world. (Luckily Odin is dead now)
