I suddied the plantet for a long time. It looked familiar. It looked like earth. Only, its plants were blue but some were yellow. I looked over at Lorain and Sophia who both were about to enter a large dome building. I quickly caught up with them. "Welcome home." Hannah said as I noticed her opening the door. I peeked inside. There were people everywhere showing other people creations they had made. They all seemed to present technology that looked like it was from the future. It was amazing.

I walked in with my roomates and a bunch of girls came running towards me. "Guys, the new girl's here." I heard some one say as another stampede of girls ran over. "This is your new school, apartment, arcade, food court, and anything else you had back on earth." Lorain told me as we walked over to an elevator. All the girls followed. Lorain pushed the elevator button and it opened in about 3 seconds later. I was about to step in but then, I saw that there was no elevator. It was just a bottomless pit.

"Watch this." Lorain said as she snapped her fingers. The empty space started to shimmer just like when Hannah and Josh made jetpacks apear. Suddenly, in the empty space, 3 seats came out of nowhere. Something came into my mind. I remebered what the general on earth had told me. He said that Anopenians had a spectial gift. Hannah, Josh, and Lorain had used their gift to make the things appear. I thought about everything carefully. If Anopenians have spectical gifts, I would be able to do what everyone was doing. I needed to ask some one what exactly was the power was and how to use it. Lorain and Sophia were already in their elevator seats that Lorain had made. I quickly jumped into the last one.

The elevator seats shot upwards extremly fast. "What floor are we on?" I yelled. We went up so fast I could barly hear myself. "Six-hundred sevently-four" I heard one of my roomates yell back. All of a sudden, the chairs stopped and the elevator doors opened.

I had trouble getting off my seat. It was a bit to high and, I felt so weird from the seat thing going so fast. Sophie was having the same problem but Lorain had jumped right out. As I got out, I noticed that I floated onto the ground instead of just dropping. I remebered the general had told me that Anopenia doesn't have as much gravity as earth. "C'mon, c'mon." Lorain urged. We all walked until we got to our room.

"Ready?" Lorain asked exitedly. "Uhhh... yeah." I replied as Sophia stood silently. Lorain opened the door and we all walked in. "Wow." I said amazed. It was a lot bigger then I expected. There were three main rooms. The first was a kitchen. It had fridge, oven, stove, grill, a bunch of cubords, and something else I didn't reconize. The second room had three queen-sized beds, three small tables with a lamp on each, a few cubbords, an a huge walk in wardrobe attached to the room.

The third room was a huge study room. It had a triangle shaped table in the very middle. On each side, it had a chair that was each a different color. Lorains pointed at one of the sides. "This is your desk." She told me as I looked at it. There was a pile of books and a braclet on the top. My chair was blue. "And this ones mine." She said pointing at her desk that had everything sorted nicely and a pink chair. "This last one's Sophia's." She said pointing at a section that was all jumbled up. Paper exploded out of books. Her chair was a dark shade of red.

"We've been on break latly." Sophia softly wispered. "Oh yeah! School starts tommorow. We learn how to use our gifts." Lorain commented.

Our gifts.

Perfect. I could learn how the gift. "Umm... ok." I said trying to hide the fact I was extremly exited. "Well, its been a long day. Maybe we should get some rest before tommorow." Lorain said cheerfully. We all took turns getting changed into our pajamas inside the huge wardrobe. I brushed my teeth and plopped into my bed with Lorain and Sophia on their beds next to me. I felt my eye-lids start to get heavy. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

***********

"Emily? Emily, wake up." I heard Lorains voice as she shook me. I eyes fluttered open. "Uh... good morning." I replied in a tired voice. I almost fell back to sleep but Lorain grabbed my arm. "You bertter get dressed fast because class starts in 10 minutes." At that, I bursted out of bed and went strait towards my wardrobe.

I chose out some light blue jeans, a white shirt with polka dots on it, and black boots. I ran into the bathroom and brushed my hair extremely fast. It looked a bit crazy so I put it into a pony tail. "I'll grab your books and put 'em in your backpack for you." I heard Lorain call out. I looked over at one of the clocks and I realized I had about two minutes left.

I brushed my teeth for about a minute. I barely had any time so I scrambled to the door. "Ok let's go." Lorain said with a big smile on her face. We walked out the door and headed to our first class.

I met Tristan on the way. "Hi." He said cheerfully as he ealked with two other boys. I reconized one. I'd seen him when he first came over to meet Tristan. The other one had a shaved head with a little bit of black black hair sticking out of it. They all seemed to be wearing the same outfit that looked almost like a uniform. "Hi." I replied softly as I realized I didn't reply to Tristan.

Lorain scanned Tristan and his roomates. "Oh crap, I forgot about our uniforms." She panicked to me. "Why don't you just make some uniforms apear?" Dan sugested. I looked at Lorain who seemed to be thinking. "Oh yeah good idea." She said with a kind smile that she used to thank Dan who smiled back.

Lorain closed her eyes as her smile turned serius. I saw the gold shimmer on my clothes as the morphed into a navy blue short skirt, bright yellow tights, and a light-weight white blouse that had a huge navy blue "D" on it. I looked at Lorain to see her wearing the same thing.

Lorain, me, Tristan, and his roomates all walked to our first class because we all had the same classes. Tristan acted normal but I could tell he was nervous by his face expression.

Sophia

That name suddenly popped into my head. Where was she? Lorain told me it was normal but it didn't seem like that. I felt a chill or fear go down my spine as I shivered. Everything turned darker.

Nothing is wrong. It's completly normal.

I tried telling myself over and over again. I didn't believe it anytime I thought it. I wanted to tell someone but they would probably say it's normal too and think I'm being paranoid.
