Headcannons: Multiple worker colonies exist, and they all have a designated murder drone group. Every murder drone squad is assigned a color of the leaders choosing, but the tail remains yellow. This is to differentiate squads. For example; J chose yellow, so yellow lights and eyes. P's squad chose blue's giving them blue lights and eyes. Leaders of disassembly squads takes a few days to get their murder programming, as they need a bunch of other programming too, and murder isn't at the top of their priority list.
