I was just floating, in a bed of soft, silence. I knew nothing. Not even that I was supposed to know anything. True freedom. Simple, short breaths of me, myself and I. But then, the clouded bed began to crumble underneath me.

My short breaths had turned into no breath. I looked everywhere and saw nothing but a bright teal light. Then it cleared I was thrashing. I whipped the cords off of my chest and head, then, the liquid surrounding me receded into a hole covered by a grate beneath my feet. I gasped for air. I collapsed to the ground.

The glass keeping me held in this cage receded as well. I got up and began to walk around, directly across from mine, was another creature. White with red accents, from my reflection, I saw he looked similar to me, nearly Identical. I began to panic. He could have been choked by the liquid too. And I had to get him out!

I grabbed the closest object and began to crash at the glass as hard as I could. It wouldn't budge. But his eyes fluttered open, and calmly he took his cords off. The water drained and his glass went down. He levitated down slowly with the water. Not flinching, or moving he just stood there. Staring. Staring at me blankly, without a second thought I embraced him. I don't even know him, yet it felt like I did. I felt we had a connection through previous events, like. Family.

Family. What was family? What does it mean? What is a... a... brother? Him. He was family. He was a brother.

He stood for a second. Then, I guess he had the same realization, and hu-hugged me back. Hugging. An action that expresses one's feeling toward another. Often showing signs of caring and compassion. Suddenly, a burst occurred between us. It hurt too much to bare. Suddenly, I finally realized we were both glowing a purple aura. It looked nearly flame like. It was responding to an object on the opposite side of the room, which was also glowing with the same aura.
