-Ill meet you at the park, see you there!-
That's the message she sent me this morning. Andrea, the girl I've been following since we were kids. And I must admit I'm in love with her.
Her smile, the way she flips her hair and strut her heels. Everything. I can't help but be over her.
"So how are you Jay?" she said while approaching me. I've been waiting for her about 20 minutes ago.
"I'm fine. How about you?" I said. She sat beside me on this bench.
"Well. Doing well. I just came here to ask some help." a smile from her face showed.
"Yeah. For what?"
She smiled as she drags me along to different parts of the park. While she's being fascinated with the spectacle can't help but look at her face.
She's smiling. And I've seen it rarely these past few weeks. I'm happy to see her so.
We finished the whole day just talking and spending time together. I bought her balloons and she gave me her smiles.
As I lay down my bed and close my eyes. It's her I think of. Andrea.
Weeks passed and she's not contacting me. I've been sending her text messages and even emails but none of those were replied.
I even sent her a picture of the plant she gave me, but it was ignored.
The day we met at the park, that's the last day I saw her. Since, we didn't had any communication.
I wonder how she is doing now.
I picked my phone as I opened a message. To my surprise, it was from her. Andrea
-Ill meet you at the park, see you there!-
The same message, she sent me some weeks ago. That painted me a smile that out of nowhere she
Remembered about me.
"So how are you Andrea?"I said while she's approaching me. I've been waiting for her about 20 minutes ago.
But who's in front of me, is no more the Andrea I've known.
She runs towards me while tears are flowing from her eyes. I think I know what the meaning is.
"Are you crying for a man?" I said as I wiped her face.
Somehow at some point I was outraged.
"Andrea. You think of me as an umbrella. An umbrella you can run to and after used you'll keep me aside again. Don't you feel my heart for you?" I used to say so. But only a smile is what I can bear. I've been keeping all this emotions inside me. I'm afraid to tell her, she might run away from me.
She was crying but still she let out a smile and tapped my back lightly.
"Jay. I wanted to thank you. "She said in a tone I always wanted to hear. Cheerful and full of joy.
I'm puzzled. She was crying a while ago but in a sudden her eyes sparkled for a moment.
The next words she uttered broke me into pieces.
"Jay, im getting married." she handed me an envelope with a smile in her face. And after a while she was away from me.
They say true love is sweet.
And if it's painful, it's not love.
So does that mean, what I'm feeling now is not love? Cause its painful. So painful that im Lost.
