The conference room was filled with the angry shouts of her boss, his face red from fury as he paced around glaring at each one of them and of course at Go Ara's team. Once again they had failed on uploading the latest Hot News that was busy trending in soompi. Koreans best celebrity news website. The place where netizens could get and feed on the gossip about their favourite k-pop bands, celebrity dramas or any other rumour they wanted to confirm. She had failed on uploading it. Everyone watched Mr. Jung, he constantly passed angry glares at her and it didn't take a genius to know how much of a mess she was in.

"Go Ara-"

"Ye," she sat up jerking from her trance, fright took over her when she realised the whole crew was gazing at her direction. Specifically at her!

Go Ara gulped seeing the pissed look from her boss.

"Fired!!!"

What? The words were so fast and fierce that it took a while for her to register them, she sat in trance staring at where her boss previously was. Fired. Those words ran in her head like a broken stereo then she blinked.

Fired! Fired from a job she barely did for less than half a year. slouching, she released a heavy sigh, this was the longest job she'd managed to hold.

Still baffled, Go Ara didn't notice the person beside her thoughts on how she was going to find a job, again in the big city of Seoul. She furrowed her brows in anger, her sudden emotion stirring a sudden roar of thunder from the cloud making everyone around her flinch at the sudden change in weather, one checking from the window at the blue cloudless sky in wonder.

"What the hell? Are the gods cursing?"

Some chuckled at his comments as he stared back in bewilderment. Go Ara blinked realizing that she was getting out of hand. Her powers have been acting up for the last couple of days and she hadn't had the slightest idea why. With a tired sigh, she leaned on the smooth meeting table and laid her head against the edge, a tap on her shoulder getting her unprepared, she shot up sucking her breath, her motion freezing every single one in the room

The unmoving people like miniatures froze as though in a pause, their action completely cut. Glancing at the old clock by the grey coloured walls, she could tell that once again, her abilities were acting up again.

Filling her lungs with air while counting to three, she gulped in air moving her hands and saw as motion went back in progress. Go Ara turned to the person that gave her fright. Her close friend stared right back at her, pity in her eyes. She felt sorry for what her friend had to go to. Loosing another job was going to be a big blow for the female front of her.

She offered her best smile and gently put her weight on her as she leaned in, her chin on her head as she rubbed her shoulder.

"Kyung Min-Eun-ah..," she groaned her friends name.

"Ara."

"What I'm I going to do? I lost another job, mianhaeyo, " she apologized looking up at her roommate.

"It's fine, this job isn't that great after all, you'll find another one, much better," Kyung Min-Eun smiled reassuringly. It's one of the things she could offer, hopefully, her friend will be alright.

At this, Go Ara cozied up on her, tightening her embrace. A sense of ease washing up on her at the comfort that the female provided.

"Not too tight or I'll have a fractured hip," She chuckled often wondering on her friend's abnormal strength.

Go Ara chuckled letting lose her hold and getting on her feet. She looked around the meeting room, her coworkers that were dispersing a pung of sadness creeping it's way into her heart. The emotion darkening the atmosphere riling up the dark clouds that were forming on the sky another thunder rumbling across the city.
