Fang bounced up and down in the car excitedly as Anon drove the car towards the school. "where are we going?" Fang said looking expectantly at Anon, "a place" "what kinda place?" " a nice place." Fang rolled her eyes, Anon smiled "i can do this all day." Fang huffed annoyed and sunk into the passenger seat, "your never this secretive, where the FUCK is this place." anon smirked, "no mumbling to spoil it this time." Fang smiled and rolled her eyes "fuck you." fang said smiling. Anon looked at the night sky as the stars shined brightly, The moon light hit Fangs eyes just right and it made her eyes sparkle like he had never seen before, "ok," Anon said, finally getting close to the school, "almost there." Fang looked around the area they were in, "we are close to the school actually, where are we going?" Anon smirked as he pulled up to the school, "well, to the school." Fang smiled "ya know anon, i got off work, like, 3 hours ago, why am i back here." anon smiled as he threw the key to the roof in her lap, "we are gonna go on the roof to watch the meteor shower." Fang smiled brightly, "oh shit! howd you get the key to the roof? even i cant get up there." Fang said holding the key to her eye level. Anon laughed "i mean i just asked, plus i have a good reason" Fang smirked, "and that reason is?" she asked eyeing Anon up. "uh, meteor shower? duh" Anon laughed, but inside he was nervous. The question was still in the back of his mind , "would she say yes?" Anon mumbled to himself as he pulled the car into the parking of the school. "What was that?" Fang looked towards him, anon waved his hand at her, "nothing. Let's go, we got like 30 minutes" Anon motioned for fang to follow him as he walked up to the 2 main doors to the building. He pushed on the main door, expecting it to fly open, but It didn't budge. Anons eyes widened with panic as he pushed harder, "did you think it was unlocked?" fang remarked smirking, "it was supposed to be! What the fuck! God damn it." Anon hung his head in sadness, "well shit, now I cant.." anon paused, fang raised an eyebrow at his pause, "uh, now. We. Cant watch the meteor shower" fang rubbed her chin? Snoot? Anon still couldn't tell, and smirked again. "How bad you wanna get on this roof?" Anon looked back up at fang, "really bad." Fang looked the school up and down and rolled her eyes, "ok, well. I'ma do something I've never really tried before, bare with me." Fang said snatching the roof key from anons hand, anon looked at her curiously as fang stepped back, she took a deep breath and unveiled her wings, "oh shit, are you gonna?" Anon said suddenly worried for her safety, "I'm gonna try." Fang shrugged as she jumped off the ground and tryed to push herself off the ground with her wings, only to fall right back onto the ground. She landed right back on her feet and cursed, "well damn it. Can't say I didnt try." She laughed, but she stopped after she saw that anon wasn't laughing, "babe, I don't care that much about this stupid meteor shower. We can watch it on the beach, all the same. Anon looked at fang, as he held the ring box tightly in the pocket. "I... We. Have to get on that roof. There's no other way." Anon said looking back up at the building, Fang was surprised at his stubbornness, "anon. What's the real reason you wanna get on the roof." Fang ask her gaze locked on anon. Anon paused, "I.. I.." anon sighed in defeat as he looked into fangs amber eyes.
Anon paused again, looking into fangs expecting eyes, he thought to himself what she would think, if he just proposed right here. In front of the school she works at, she would laugh at him and say it was the most inappropriate time to do It. No build up. No romantic moments, just anon getting on his knee and asking her.
Anons thoughts were broken by fang waving her hand in front of anons face, "hello? Earth to anon! Hello?" Anon blinked back into reality as he refocused on her, "I lost you there for a moment. You keep pausing, you good?" Anon suddenly grabbed her by the hand, "not here, we gotta go." Anon said leading her towards the bluffs. Fang followed close behind while throwing question after question at him, "anon, what's going on, your acting weird!" "Whats with you?" "Your never this secretive" "answer me damn it!" Fang tore her hand away from anons grasp, "damn it anon! I wanted this to be a nice romantic night for just to two of us, but your freaking out over the smallest shit! I don't care where we watch the stupid meteor shower! I just want it to be with you!" Fang suddenly said, the words spilling out of her mouth with unrestricted purpose.
Anon was stunned, "no, you don't get it fang, this. This isn't about the meteor shower!" Anon said grabbing both her hands and holding them in his. "This." Anon blushed immensely, "oh god this is it." Anon thought to himself as he stepped back from fang, she looked at him with confusion as he took a deep breath, "this, is about so much more than the meteor shower. It's about." Anon paused as he reached into his pocket and pulled out the box, as anon fell to one knee, he looked up at fang, who already realized what was happening, her hands already covering her mouth in surprise and joy, tears of joy starting to build up in her eyes. The moon In the background shining light on the couple, as the meteor shower blazed on behind Fang, leaving anon to only smile as he opened the box revealing the ring inside as he said his vow.
