Neema Shinkawa (Mr. Schadenfreude Miku), Paulette Carney (Mr. Schadenfreude Rin), Bastien Carney (Mr. Schadenfreude Len), Anika Warner (Mr. Schadenfreude Luka), Anemone Richmond (Mr. Schadenfreude Meiko), Katheryne Kirby (Mr. Schadenfreude Gumi), and Samson Zimmerman (Mr. Schadenfreude Gakupo) were waiting for their other friend Monty Manning (Mr. Schadenfreude Kaito) to show up on the Zoom chat.
Mr. Schadenfreude Luka: What is going on? Monty never misses a Zoom chat.
Mr. Schadenfreude Miku: He's probably sleeping in.
Mr. Schadenfreude Gakupo: Or...he could be cuddling with Otome.
A few minutes later, Monty came online.
Mr. Schadenfreude Kaito: *whispers* Sorry about that, guys.
Mr. Schadenfreude Rin: Why are you whispering?
Mr. Schadenfreude Kaito: Otome was sleeping in my room last night, and he's still sleeping. I don't want to wake him up.
Mr. Schadenfreude Gumi: That's fair. Okay, we should go around saying how old we are. Neema, you start.
Mr. Schadenfreude Miku: I'm turning 21. Which means I'm old enough to drink and gamble.
Mr. Schadenfreude Len: My sis and I are turning 20. One more year to go for us.
Mr. Schadenfreude Luka: I'm turning 24.
Mr. Schadenfreude Kaito: 25 for me.
Mr. Schadenfreude Meiko: I'm turning 27.
Mr. Schadenfreude Gumi: I'm turning 22.
Mr. Schadenfreude Gakupo: And I'm the oldest of this friend group at 28.
Mr. Schadenfreude Miku: Nice.
And so, the 8 of them continued talking for a few more minutes until they all had to leave.
