I want to dream of a rocky shore, ocean waves towering above one another, fighting for a place and plummeting onto the bank. My feet will be delicate and sure-planted as the rising chaos tickles my toes. The wilderness of the sea will cause strong currents of wind. They will tare at my face and whip my hair. This commanding wind will force away any stalking predator, protecting me in it's hands. It will wipe every care and cause out of existence. Nothing will remind me of the clutter of my own brain. This picture will clean my mind and I will return rested. Remember to stay here long enough. Let nothing contaminate your peace. You will stay here an stand alone. You will command presence as you stand on the sea rock. You will declare clarity of your hopes. You will not have to leave until you are ready. Don't feel the pressure of time. The power of the water brings you to forget worry. Work is nothing but trouble; the wind bends trouble until it breaks. The rock reminds you of eternal stability. Let it be your guide. Only when you have realized and encompassed these things should you return. You have nothing to do except to just be. Be and breathe. Rest.
