Ab - koi baat nhi now ur abhi is here and that kunal was arrested by police uncle .... now u will eat the food and the medicines like a good girl and then sleep for some time ....

Neil tells all the happenings to krish who others thought that he will slap him or oust him from the house but to their surprise he hugged him and was consoling him who started crying like a small baby.... and he looked at akshu who was sleeping peacefully holding abhi hand...
kr - sorry abhimanyu whatever happened to u should not happen with anyone .... i pray to god for that ... but right now akshu and the baby needs u abhimanyu ....
neil - haan bhai whatever i spoke to u in birla mansion was in anger but u will always remain my bhai but akshu is not my bhabhi okay she is my choti behen.... akshu needs u bhai....and for the baby i will be the best maamu and think if u will be the best papa.....(to lighten his mood)

Ak - its okay but i want to go down because my back is constantly aching because of me lying down....pls abhi....
Ab - okay come lets go downstairs and meet everyone but u have to take care of urself and if u are feeling weak pls tell me... and tell me what do u want to eat ??

Then abhi made some healthy snacks for akshu and she ate happily and abir and mishti were happy to see their ek lauti beti happy like this and all adored their bond and abhi took akshu first to a gynaecologist who was suggested by krish and she was none other than dr. nidhi goenka , luv's wife and they took a sonography test and they were happy yo see their baby although akshu didnt remember anything and was a baby , whe see saw the baby she was very happy....luv also came there and happy seeing his princess got her prince charm and he was taking care of her like a baby....
next day, naksh and keerti came hearing what all happened .... abhimanyu apoologised to everyone and all forgave him....and naksh gave the keys of the kaira's first house where they went after their marriage to akshu and said it was a gift for their hone wale baby....
even parth and shefali disowned the birla family and even nishtha and they all came to live alongwith abhi and neil .... they all shifted to a villa which was beside rajvansh mansion and singhaniyas mansion....
and by this 2 months passed by and akshu recovered suddenly and recognised everyone and akshu apologised to abhi and abhi conducted her and shefali bhabhis godh bharai in a grand manner... neil also got married to pihu (MITHILA PALKAR) whom he calls fondly as pikachu and pihu calls neil as nemo .... they both are a cute couple and pihu loves akshara more than neil...
Krish(PARTH SAMTHAAN) also got married to his long time girl friend AAIRA ( NITI TAYLOR)....aaira is a psychiatrist... who helped akshu in recovering from her condition ...
After 1 month, shefali gave birth to a baby boy named shivaansh .....he was totally a cutiepie...
And after 2 weeks, akshara water broke and then she was taken to the hospital and she gave birth to a baby girl who was named aaira which is akshu's A , abhi's A and her naira mumma's IRA so totally aaira abimanyu singhaniya because naksh and keerthi announced him as their son....aaira took upon abhi completely and her looks were ofakshu but rest were like abhi
Abimanyu opened an hospital named AS hospital and parth also started practicing medicine and neil opened an event organising company pihu also supported him and its been one year since all the things happened and today is aaira birthday.....akshu and abhi planned a great bday party for shivu and now parth shefali did......neil pihu were also blessed with a baby boy and they named him as nihaan....aaira was eye of apple for everyone..
All lived happily ever after
