You'll need:
#Pink or red nail polish
#clear nail polish
#white nail polish
#green nail polish and a different green nail polish
#sponge
#tooth pick

Steps:
1: apply bass colours
2: add white nail polish
3: net the nail polish dry
4: use sponge
5: net the nail polish dry
6: use tooth pick to make pips
7: get a dark green nail polish and new tooth pick and apply it
8: apply clear nail polish
9: net the nail polish dry
10: your finished!
