Alex:- Money .... Of course it's money what would they want from me ... Son of a rich person.... Ha ha

Mr woo:- then why not you ? I mean your father may be rich not you... They could  have kidnapped you for ransom... They could have get better leverage....

Mr Bong:- objection .... Your honour it's a completely irrelevant topic ....it's  The kidnapper'ss choice whom they are kidnapping not my clients....

Mr woo:- no it's completely relative your honour.... If they wanted ransom they would have called Mr jk's parents rather than Mr Alex as the jeons are more rich than that of Choi's and there might not be any rape attempt your honour.

Judge overruled Mr Bong...

Mr woo:- so Mr Alex.... Why would they call you 1st.... There must be a reason...

Alex:- may be it's because jeons are going through some losses now...yeah that might be the case.. and i informed Jungkook's sister about it....that how she got involved....

Hearing this Mr Bong had a confident smile on his so as Jeon and Choi . They were happy that they swiftly covered up the situation...

Mr woo:- point to be noted your honour.... Mr Alex said that he got a call one week prior to the incident but Ms somi started spying upon mr kim and mr jk way before that.... Am I saying wrong ms somi....

Somi:- that's because i was worried about him... After the fight he had with parents and his hospitalization i was just worried...

Hearing this Jungkook scoffs....and jeons are somehow relaxed....

Lets keep that aside.... Your honour i would like to bring certain fact into your notice...as Mr Alex said he got a call from kidnappers one week before the incident but in reality he never received a call from the kidnapper..

Mr woo:- yes your honour.... As you can see these are the call records of Mr Alex and this is the  number of kidnapper . The kidnappers never initiated any call to mr Alex it was him who 1st contacted the kidnappers..

With that he submitted the proof to the judges

By now Alex somi as well as Mr Bong are in sweats because it's something that they can't refuse.

Alex could not reply to this and only stammered and mr Bong has nothing  to argue...

With the permission of judges Bogum came to testify.

Mr woo:- Mr Bogum can you please testify to what the accused said and what's in the report.

Bogum:- yes sir.... Actually the group we are talking here is specialised in contract kidnapping... They never worked for ransom on their own. When we arrested them we seized their equipments . We also verified the call logs . As the report said they never contacted first it was Alex who initiated it.

Mr woo:- what about the transaction... If they are into contract kidnapping..?

Bogum:- the entire transaction was in cash to avoid suspension but they withdraw the money from bank only and if you compare it with the money they have given to kidnappers is equal.

Mr woo:- what did you see when you 1st arrived at the crime sence.... What was the situation there ?

Bogum: kidnapper has a started a live streaming to rape of Mr Jungkook . So we rushed  to the place . Upon reaching the place the kidnappers and Ms somi were in one room and Alex was with Jungkook  in another room. The kidnappers were injected with aphrodisiacs.

With that Mr woo played the live streaming recording in the court where Alex was shamelessly blabbering about Jungkook

Mr woo:- as you can see the accused here trying to rape Mr jk but got beaten in the process...

Mr Bong:- objection ...but the kidnapper is wearing mask.... You can't accuse Alex on basis of that...

Mr woo:- but from his tone and motive ... It is clearly understanding who he is ... Even the testimony of chaejung is enough to prove it. We would also like to submit these call recordings of kidnapper with mr Alex..

Hearing the contents of the recording it was clear that Alex had planned all this kidnapping

He then looked  at Jungkook  giving him a soft smile who smiled back at him.
