I wake up sat on the side of my bed. I take a deep breath in and out as I look over to my piano where my school uniform is I think to myself SHIT another day another day where I'm not able to be me.
I stand up and look down seeing my feminine body I sigh slipping into my school shirt and skirt I stand in front of my mirror my eyes start to swell up with tears "WHY CANT I JUST BE A BOY" Ifal to my ground crying.
I dry my eyes and walk out of my room my mum saying in a calm voice "morning [deadname] I give her I faked smile and say "morning mum" grabbing my blazer and bag heading out the door my friend Hollie waiting at the bus stop for me "Morning Rory" she says with a cheerful tone my frown turns into a smile hearing that name makes me happier hearing Rory a boys name not a girls name makes me happier.
As I get on the bus is see the boys who recently beat me up in the hallway my stomach drops I feel like I'm going to throw up.
