This thing I can't control

I had confidence in life but it was far too cruel for me.
I collapsed in my blood but no one saw it.
I was totally lost next to my family, totally alone next to my friends, in a lost universe, like my thoughts.
No matter the signs I sent, no one came to the rescue of my problems because I didn't show it. I helped other people's problems, because it was easy but I didn't solve mine because I don't know where to start in this shadow.
I can no longer stay on my two feet, burned with pain by all the comments.
