"BOBBY BOY!~ You can't run away forever, you know!~"
God, that voice was just sickening.
Bob was currently on the run. Why? Well, it all started a couple months ago...
————
Bob was...alone. He was sitting down on the couch, his eyes so..scared. Over the course of a couple months, all of his friends had been killed. Murdered.
..except one, of course.
Bosip, his very best friend, was the only other person alive. Bob, of course, knew why this was the case. All of the other's deaths...it was Bosip's fault. Bosip had killed them. And yet right now, Bosip is acting as if nothing happened. As if everything was going to be okay.
It was not going to be okay. Bob's mental health was rapidly deteriorating, and he swore he kept seeing faint shadows of his friends from time to time. Bob just wanted to get out of this stupid house, and get away from that stupid shark. That stupid, bloodthirsty shark.
Bob knew he couldn't stay here any longer. So, when night had arrived, he had packed up most of his things into a small, brown backpack, and he had ran. He had ran away from the household, running as fast as he could. However, he started to hear footsteps that weren't matching his own...
Bob turned his head around, continuing to run. His eyes widened in horror as he saw Bosip, chasing after him with the most wicked smile Bob had ever seen. Bob turned back around, trying to run even faster, but it was no use. Bosip was gaining on him, and fast.
Bosip called out to Bob. His tone was so...scary.
"BOBBY BOY!~ You can't run away forever, you know!~"
Bob yelled back.
"LEAVE ME ALONE! PLEASE! I'M BEGGING YOU!"
Yet Bosip kept chasing him. "BUT I LOVE YOU, BOBBY!~ I LOVE YOU SO, SO MUCH!"
..love?
LOVE?!
Did Bosip do this all so that he could have Bob to himself?! That fucking BASTARD. He KNEW there were other ways, he had to have known. Yet Bosip had taken the most violent and unnecessary route to saying 'I love you'. Bosip killed everyone, just so he could have Bob all to himself, and he was well aware of what he had done.
Bob was lost in his thoughts of seemingly endless rage, sorrow, and disgust. He was so lost, in fact, he didn't even notice there was someone ahead of him.
And so, Bob crashed right into a blue haired shortie. Due to the sheer height difference, Bob tumbled over, past the boy, and landed on the ground, dazed and confused. He looked up, and saw the boy looking at him with..astonishment?
"..you.."
He could only mutter a single word before Bosip showed up, right behind the boy. Bosip started to speak to him, and as the boy turned around to look up at Bosip, Bob listened in on their conversation.
"Hello, sir! My lover just crashed into you and I'm so sorry about that...I've just been trying to get him to come home.." ..lover? That bastard dare call Bob his lover?
"..are you..are you sure? He looks..stressed." The boy turned to look at Bob very briefly. Bob wondered if Bosip would actually succeed, this thwarting Bob's attempt at escape.
Bosip gave a smile to the boy. "Oh, nonono, don't worry. He's just been so anxious lately, he thinks I'm no good for him!"
..the boy was silent. All of a sudden, Bob noticed a glow from between the two. More specifically, it seemed to be coming from..the boy's eyes? It was a golden yellow glow, as if some sort of angel was right in between the two.
The boy suddenly brought his fist back, before sending it straight to Bosip's gut. Surprisingly, the attack was quite effective, sending Bosip to the ground. And, luckily for Bob, the impact with the ground seemed to knock Bosip out cold. Bob had..he had a chance.
The glow stopped, and the boy looked over at Bob once more.
"Don't worry. You're safe."
...Bob couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief. The boy started to walk to someplace, motioning for Bob to follow him. Bob quickly did as asked, and soon the two were talking together as they made their way to who knows where.
"..so..uh..what's-what's your name?"
"Bennet. Most people just call me 'BF' because those are my initials, funnily enough. Feel free to call me whatever you want though."
As Bob talked with Bennet, or rather BF, he got familiar with his appearance. He had a bright cyan hair topped with a red backwards cap with a blue brim. The cap was slightly beat up. BF also wore a short sleeved shirt with a prohibition sign on it, and on BF's sleeve was a decorative arm band in the colors of the bisexual pride flag. BF wore blue, baggy pants, and brown boots, too. He looked generally friendly overall, and just being near him gave Bob a sense of comfort.
"And what's your name, blueberry?"
"I'm..I'm Bob."
"Nice to meet 'ya. You got a place to stay? Y'know..away from the yellow guy?"
"..nah."
"Ah..well, I'm actually heading home right now. You wanna crash at my place for a couple days? It's totally fine, I got people already doing it, anyways. Still, though, totally up to you."
"How many..?" Sure, Bob knew what it was like to live with many people, but he didn't want it to be too crowded.
"Oh, just three. It's not that crowded."
"Ah..I lived with seven people, including myself."
"..lived? Why are you using past tense?"
..Bob stayed silent. He didn't want to answer that question.
"..I get it. People got stuff they don't wanna talk about."
BF and Bob eventually made it to a rather large house, presumably BF's. He opened the door, motioning for Bob to come inside. As Bob did so, the house seemed...awfully quiet.
"Oh, everyone's asleep. It's like, what, 2 AM?"
"..gotcha. Where am I gonna sleep..?"
"Oh, you can sleep on the couch for now until I get somethin' situated for 'ya. Hope you have a peaceful sleep."
"..you too..!"
BF walked away. Bob was now left by himself, in the living room. He quietly set down his backpack, and laid down on the couch. It seemed kinda small, but it was better than nothing, right?
He pulled some blankets over him, which were also kind of small, and started to drift to sleep...
